The NoMad Bar - Las Vegas
Live music was great! Drink menu was really creative, especially the group cocktails! Definitely would order if I was with 4-6ppl. Definitely a calm oasis, private and upscale feeling experience in the midst of the casino chaos.
we took some friends there who had never been - they loved it and you now have two more customers! good pre-Knights food and drinks! good service, the music wasn't too loud. Just wish the parking at The Park wasn't so expensive, especially for locals. you can pass that on.
Went for drinks and small plates on Valentine's Day. A great place for a date!
Drinks were unique and delicious. We tried several small plates which were all outstanding.
We would definitely return.
Based on our excellent experience, we'd like to try the dining room some time.
Great waiter, very personable experience. Delicious! Perfect for before Knights game.
Our 2nd time here. First time was amazing. Severely understaffed this time and manager should have been helping. Oysters were excellent everything else so so. Service was hard to even get. Too bad cool place but they need to get it together. We will not be back.
Food was ok. Service was ok. Ambiance was great! Probably would just have a drink in there next time
There are so many dinning options in Las Vegas. There truly is something for everyone. We needed a place to take some clients out to dinner, many of whom are interior designers, and accustomed to being surrounded with inspiring decor.
We were looking for something with sophisticated charm, curated cocktails and a high energy NYC vibe.
NOMAD-Bar was perfect choice. We had intended to gather at the bar but then opted for a cozy bank app where we can all sit across from each other and truly engage.
This was an after dinner get together and the perfect choice.
We ate at the bar section on an early Tuesday evening recently. The decor and finishes are rich and sumptuous, and the ambiance dark and sultry. The noise level is loud, more so because we were seated next to a speaker. We were happily relocated to a different table, along with a new server. Unfortunately, while our original server was extremely pleasant and helpful, offering suggestions, our new server simply took our order and didn't check-in until we were almost finished. More consistent level of service would be an improvement.
The cocktail menu has many compelling options, and I enjoyed the Start Me Up with bourbon, rum, ginger and honey. Yumm.
The menu offerings on the bar menu were unique and varied, but limited. We ended up just ordering a few appetizers, including fried artichokes and Wagyu Beef Tartare. We enjoyed both, but while we enjoyed the zesty flavors of the tartare, they somewhat overwhelmed the Wagyu beef.
It's worth a visit to see this beautiful bar; interested to see if more items are added to the food menu.
Very slow service
Prime rib sanwich is $38 and contains only two small strips of meat in a hot dog bun...
Beautiful space, awesome cocktails, great food. Service was great (no specific complaints), just not as good as everything else.
My wife and I came to the Nomad bar after Lady Gaga's Jazz piano show to ring in the new year, and we had a wonderful time! The oysters were fantastic, the drinks were perfection, and the service was excellent. We also enjoyed the free hats and glasses that were handed out for New Year's eve.
NYE early dinner before a show. Food was delicious!! Highly recommend.
Worst hostesses I’ve ever seen. One said go to Nomad bar, then the other hostess sent the 12 of us back to the restaurant. 2 of us stayed at the restaurant bar which was great, food and service. Lost ten customers that said never again
Needed a late night bite after an event at the T Mobile Arena so went to the Nomad Bar around 11 on Saturday night. Couldn’t be more convenient. Active bar scene. Live singer and band. Loud but not unpleasant.
Very limited food choices on the late night menu. Mostly fried appetizers. Good French fries. And a nice hotdog wrapped in bacon. But not a real meal at that hour.
Four of us went to The NoMad Bar for drinks before dining at The NoMad Restaurant.
We waited for over 20 minutes for our drinks then served martinis without olives that we
requested. We did get a lemon peel. The atmosphere is great but a bit noisy. On the other hand, the NoMad Restaurant was excellent: both food and service. You dine surrounded by thousands of books from the Rockefeller Family.
The NoMad Bar was closed. It didn't open for brunch on September 29th.
The whole experience was blighted by an incredibly loud live entertainer. So loud that one needed ear plugs just to enjoy an interesting and enjoyable menu.
Wondered in here for a small bite. Sat in the bar area — service was efficient— but rushed — expected in Vegas — the atmosphere is interesting but disjointed. Food was all small plates — but good. We would go back — but just for drinks and apps — or late nite nite cap.
I brought colleagues here to enjoy the carrot tartare and French dip which I was able to dine on in March with a client. To my dismay, the menu has been reduced and both of my favorites were no longer offered.
I travel to Vegas only twice a year and was so excited to share these treats with my team as we wanted a light meal having traveled most of the day. I do hope that these exceptional dishes will make their way back onto the menu for others to enjoy.
The Fava bean hummus was delicious though!
Excellent from start to finish. Our server was outstanding. The roast chicken was superb.
Fabulous service! I can’t remember the name of our waitress on 6/14 but she was amazing. Somewhat limited menu due to the bar format but what we did pick was really good.
Best new place for food, chill atmosphere, servers are the best and the drinks are spot on, enjoyed our time having dinner.
Jazzy, great for a quick eating and drinks after show.
Try and get a seat at the bar. The bartenders are true craftsmen and entertaining. The drinks and food are top notch. Also, if you get a chance, sneak into the restaurant bar to get a glimpse of the amazing dining area.
It was perfect! Great date night spot to pregame or just a get together. Loved it!
Maro was a great bartender. Knowledgeable and easygoing while getting his job done. Wonderful atmosphere and ambience. This is just the bar so limited menu, but very good especially the oysters!
Great food and fantastic service. Music too loud for the number of people in the room. Milk & Honey dessert was amazing. Will be back.
Great service by Brandon. Fantastic food.
My husband and I were in town for a few days and had heard great things about NoMad bar and wanted to check it out. Our experience was exceptional. Everything from the service, to the cocktails, to the food were just perfect. The dining room manager, Kelly, was a delight and has a vision for both NoMad Bar and restaurant that is incredible. Highly recommend!
Wonderful Easter Jazz Brunch.
Beautiful room, excellent service and delicious food. We walked in the bar, it was not busy at 930pm. Thought we are in the wrong place but around 1030pm, it was packed and hopping. The energy of the place was amazing.
My wife and I want with another couple and shared amazing Bronzino, salmon, scallops, shrimp cocktail and we were so impressed by the service and preparation. The salmon was in a delicious cream foam sauce with book choy. Scallops were seared perfectly in a delicate sauce with strawberry’s. We had a great bottle of Riesling and they have a full bar. It’s been open for a few months and they are on point. Coming back. Btw the bar is nice to hang out in and you must try the hummus and have some drinks
The hot dog alone is a reason to go there for lunch.
Absolutely amazing food and service!
Brunch was awesome.
It was an odd experience. Waitress come up to me-asked me if i wanted a drink, when we just ordered one from her not 5 minutes before. There was a wedding going on, and the wedding party was dressed in very elegant attire-they paraded the bride through the restaurant bar area at a very slow pace - halting all service like she was Miss America. The food was not just sub par but awful. Very few choices, and badly prepared. We had the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp was rubbery and flavorless and the cocktail sauce had so much horseradish we choked on it. The steaks just sucked. I don’t understand the restaurant has a full menu, most places that let you eat in bar area offer many more options. Never going back
Never acknowledged the Birthday that was noted on the reservation. Food was OK-But very pricey for what you get.
So I was super excited to try Nomad Bar and I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. This is partly my fault as I went during March madness and they had TV screens set up in the lounge and it felt like I was in a sports pub. The ambiance is not what I was anticipating but I am willing to give it another shot once the TVs are gone. The food was ok. To be honest I think it is overpriced for the quality and guantity (and I am not a fan of big portions by any means) They are definitely heavy handed with the salt. We had to ask for another batch of fries because ours was literally saturated in salt! Highly unusual. The second batch was better but it was still salted even though we had asked for no salt? 4/5 dishes we ordered were too salty. The pasta (tagliatelle with crab) was delicious and the only plate that was seasoned well. The other saving grace was the service. The staff are friendly and prompt. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. Again, I really, really wanted to love my experience but with a lot of male sports fans cheering and being a lot louder than necessary it was difficult. Anyways, I will most likely go again to see if it was just an “off” night or if it’s over exaggerated hype.
Food and drinks were excellent. Lobster pot pie was particularly tasty. Cocktails on point.
