   Gastropub, freshly cooked food which means that there is an occasional wait. Menu varied enough that everyone is catered for including the non-foodies & coeliacs as they cater for GF (though do mention when booking & when ordering, as they separate fryers). Delicious cocktails, again a wait is involved. Reasonably priced wine. Have eaten lunch & dinner here & will visit again soon.

   First time going since the changeover to The Nest. The menu is stunning and can’t wait to go back. We all enjoyed our meal tonight.

   Lovely staff who were very helpful. Some of our food was amazing and some was ok but overall we had a lovely time.

   Fabulous restaurant, fresh, inviting, attractive decor. Welcomed by staff on arrival...service excellent. Food choices great...really very happy with everything. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   The meal wasn’t great. The shrimp starter was nice but I had the chicken supreme as a main and it was a bit cold, the chicken was dry and the potatoes dauphinoise was gross (a funny colour, not cheesy at all, almost like it had been frozen / reheated like gunge) . My partner had the steak pie which he says was tasty, a bit cold again and the pastry was very flakey. The service was good. I wouldn’t go here again. Disappointing.

    Generous portions of tasty food. Sticky Toffee Biscoffee pudding to die for! Excellent service.
