Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never written a negative review for a restaurant, but we arrived there with a reservation at 5:30 p.m. prior to a Hanover Theater production that we were attending. I strongly recommend that you not go to this restaurant on a night in which the theater has a popular production. It took almost 1 hour for me to receive my beer, and that was after multiple requests from our waiter and a conversation with the manager. The food arrived well after that. It was ridiculous. We kept being told that everyone was there for the theater and that our food was coming. I ordered the hummus plate with "vegetables". The vegetables consisted of sliced cucumber and three olives. Very disappointing. When the bill came, there was no adjustment for our inconvenience. We asked about it, the waiter went and spoke with the manager, and he came back and said there would be no adjustment. Needless to say, we will not return to this restaurant. Fortunately the Hanover Theater production made up for our rocky start to our evening.

Spent a snowy night at the nearby Hanover Theater and decided to go to Muse first for some food and drinks. Cocktails were expertly made, nice beer selection also. Food is basically boards, meat board, cheese board, tinned fish board. Perfect for a little pre-theater dinner. Yummy bread to go with the food. Would go back....

The Muse had good cocktails—if you were willing to wait. One waiter for the whole place. We gave ourselves 1 3/4 hrs to have drinks and apps before a show and had just fifteen minutes to enjoy our apps before we had to bolt. It took over an hour to produce a cheese plate! $200 plus tip later—we won’t be back.

Very convenient spot- right across the street from the Hanover Theatre! Fun place to meet friends, get a drink and a bite to eat before a show!

Pre theater , the charcuterie board was delicious Great selection of cheeses, I am an admitted cheese snob, this did not disappoint. Adam , bartender made great Scotch recommendations Can’t wait to go back. Mostly apps and a few sandwiches Creative cocktails , cozy vibe
