   Hard to believe that every time we go to the Mooring they make the experience so special and memorable. Jody was excellent theoughout the evening and the food was quite a treat.

   The Mooring has a great setting and nice food. Good choices of food and drink. Enjoyed the meal but not so much the experience. We were sat at a window table at 5pm with the hot sun blazing at us. Asked jhonny if we could drop a blind to get a bit of shade but the response was there was nothing he could do! So nothing was done. No offer of a different table, nothing. Food was good but it was uncomfortable to eat it.

   Beautiful restaurant right on the pier with an unbeatable view! We loved that the outdoor are is screened, so you get the full waterfront experience without the wind. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was really amazing. The oysters were fresh and perfect, and the sweet onion dip was absolutely delicious. The lobster roll was good too, though I think the bread could've used a bit more butter. Still, everything was flavorful and well-prepared. Definitely recommend making a reservation, it was packed when we arrived!

   The food was excellent. The poor pacing and lack of service ruined the evening. Despite a relatively open dining room early in the evening, it felt like they couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. I ordered a cold appetizer and a hot scallop entree. The hot scallop was dish was brought almost immediately and then while I was being served the scallops, my waitress brought the cold appetizer. Then the check was brought and I never heard from anyone again. It was one of these QR code checks that requires one to visit a website and enter your own credit card information—I don’t think that’s really appropriate for a higher end restaurant. I felt rushed out of there—in and out in less than 45 min for a two course meal. I was crying inside while leaving—not that any of the staff would have cared to notice.

   The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable. The meal was superb. The Mooring never disappoints.

   Excellent experience. We usually go to the Mooring when out of town guests are visiting. The cuisine is consistent, and excellent.

   Our food was good, but sadly we couldn't enjoy it. Jodie S. ruined, my Mom's birthday lunch. This is Jodie's idea of service: -When asked to bring my Mom water without ice Jodie rolled her eyes. -Removed our plates without asking if we were done eating. -Sighing in annoyance every time we asked a question. -Rolled her eyes, again, when we asked for the dessert menu -While removing menus from the table almost hit my brother in the face with the stack. We come to the Mooring as a family very frequently, and have never experienced anything like it before. Today we paid to be mistreated without provocation. How disappointing! We will think twice before returning.

    We showed up 30 minutes early and got right in! Was seated in best possible table with awesome view and we were greeted with a ‘happy anniversary’ card signed by whole staff ( as all I put in reservation notes it was our anniversary) the waiter and food was amazing.
