Service was terrible. We had an 8:30 reservation and got there on time and waited in a hot, crowded hallway for almost an hour waiting to get seated. Drinks were $20 for about three sips and the $36 charcuterie board was nasty.

Loved the ambience/vibe. The food was overpriced for the quality in our opinion (we got the charcuterie board). Some drinks were better than others for the price. Service was better than what most people stated in previous posts.

Love the views. Very expensive but I guess you pay for the experience. $24 for an old fashioned is ridiculous. Our server Jess was awesome. Food was a little pricey too but you can't beat the views

We waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged and have our drink orders places. It was not horribly busy at this point as several outdoor tables were empty & the inside was slow. I’m Not sure what the issue was but this is unacceptable. The manager asked us about our experience and stated they were short staffed and busy and offered complimentary beverages which was not anticipated but a reasonable gesture. The outdoor space itself offers beautiful views of the city & definitely worth checking out. I enjoy taking friends to this location in Detroit and really hope the staffing issue can be resolved

I came for my birthday all the way from Las Vegas. I had previously looked at the menu knew what I wanted. When I arrived. I placed my order for what I wanted from the small plates. The waitress came back and said that half the stuff on the menu was not available.. I thought that was pretty bad business not to have enough food to keep an operation going

Took us 40 minutes to get waited on when I had a reservation. I get being busy but we got forgotten twice after being passed by and saying she’ll be with us in a second. We got up and left after we finally get waited on and it took forever again. We never even received menus, this was a big night and we were celebrating. How disappointing.

Incredibly cool place. Roof top of Element hotel. Has three different outdoor patios, all with different views. The one that over looks Comerica Stadium was our favorite. Outstanding bartenders, best I've encountered in a very long time. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their craft.

Mariam was a wonderful server. The ambiance is very upscale and we enjoyed the drinks are charcuterie plate. Will definitely be back.
