    Spectacular views of the city. We only had drinks; loved my Super Fly. Our server was exceptionally good ( sorry I don’t recall his name ). We brought our friends who were visiting from NYC…. Not easy to impress them but they raved about the experience.

    The view was amazing. I would rate the food just average. We had the lamb balls and they were overcooked. But the sliders were just all right. The service was slow and the server was not very attentive.

    Beautiful spaces, with great views! Outdoor options were exceptional-patio on every side of the building with gas fire at each. Food was superb and reasonable. The weather didn't cooperate very well-became very windy and brief rain shower-but cleared up soon and was a wonderful evening on the roof!

    We went Monday afternoon at 5pm. The waitress litteraly said to us, "Well you know how we run out of food from the weekend, let me go check on what we actually have"- Never came back.....or even to check on us with our 2 expensive drinks. In the end, No food and Just overwhelmingly lame.

    I was disappointed in the service I received this visit. I was seated & waited 30 minutes with no interaction from wait staff. I asked the busser to send over assistance. The waitress that eventually came was short & seemed uninterested in the party. I came to celebrate my birthday and was not at all satisfied with the treatment received.

    Always amazing food, drinks and service. We had an exceptional server this time around and we loved her! We were seated outside and a few of us were without sunglasses so she found an extra pair to let us use. I only wish I could remember her name!!!

    We sat for 30 minutes without being waited on. My husband then approached the bar to see if he could get drinks for our group there, but was sent back to our table saying someone would be there shortly. We ended up leaving, after waiting another 20 minutes or so. Cool views though!

    The Monarch Club used to be the place we took all our out-of-town friends. But the quality and service have slipped. Last night we waited 40 minutes to get our drinks. 40 minutes!! The place was half empty too, which means other people already know what I found out last night. Service is bad, slow and drinks are meh. They automatically added a 20% gratuity which was undeserved. I would recommend folks go to Kamper’s instead. Their service is excellent. We will not be back to the Monarch Club.

    I made reservations for 10 people for a birthday party. They gave us two separate high tops, which is not convenient for a party setup by any standard. Waitress was extremely rude and not helpful. Drinks took over 30 minutes to get. They’re selling the view, which is incredible but that’s it.
