   Beat the Mother's Day crowd with late lunch on Friday. Our favorite restaurant by far in OKC Metro. Got our favorite table. Most of lunch crowd and noise had left and became very quiet! Son Nice! Always love the smoked salmon appetizer. No different today. We ordered the lunch special but they had run out so tried a new one, chicken with vermouth cream sauce. It also had fresh asparagus, tomatoes and spinach. Served on vermicelli noodles with toasted almonds. Very awesome dish and the chicken was superb in flavor. Well balanced dish! Metro treated us to a take home dessert, our favorite Bread pudding with bourbon sauce. They have such a wonderful wine list by the glass and we got one of our favorites, Turley Estate Red Zinfandel! All in all, awesome special date for us! Seems like it always is at the Metro. Superb service and food can be counted on! Choose the right time and the atmosphere is perfect! Definitely is our go to restaurant for a special time!

   As always great service and food. I got the special which was pan seared cod over risotto and it was superb. Husband got the omelet and it was great. He has a side of fruit which was actually very fresh and juicy. We eat here monthly because the quality is consistent. Never disappointed.

   An excellent night out for me and my friend. The staff was attentive,kind,  knowledgeable about the food and wine. Overall, an excellent experience. Will be back. Thank you.

   My first time visiting The Metro and it was a pleasant surprise to see and visit such a cool place. The ambiance was wonderful and the food and service was exceptional. I plan to go back often.

   It’s always wonderful service and hostess so nice. Just my daughter and I went this time. We had business to discuss so they sat us at a nice private table!!

   Though I took no pictures, the presentation of each course was elegant as well as delicious. We started with the Crab Cakes appetizer, which were meaty with a tangy cream sauce. My cup of French Onion Soup was hot and very flavorful. My husband enjoyed his crisp Metro Salad with house Vinaigrette. The staff were all working together to remove empty plates and deliver each course, refilling my water (remembering “no ice”) often. My Salmon served with mushroom risotto had a nice texture and seasoning. My husband’s Parmesan Risotto flavored with beef was filling and delicious. A perfect way to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary!

    Our 7th wedding anniversary and chose the Metro for all the obvious reasons. Consistent, classy, and just the right ambiance. A little pricey, but that's to be expected. Dave
