   It took 2:45 minutes for us to have our dinner. Our waiter was very slow in responding to us and there was way too much down time in between our courses. At one point, I had to go and search for our waiter to ask when our chocolate fondue would be coming to the table. Very displeased with our service this visit.

   They were exceptionally busy and things were taking a little longer than normal, but everybody was really trying to fill in the gap and make sure that our dinner moved along at an appropriate pace. I appreciate the attention from the managers to help out our server.

   We went for Mother's Day and were a party of 7. Food was ok and service was fine. The waitress was as attentive as she could be but didn't come in to check on us. She was busy and we had to flag her down. The kicker was another party thought they saw a mouse near their table. They didn't want to sit there anymore but the waitress and others said the mouse was in the tiles above the ceiling. About half an hour later my daughter saw the mouse (a decent size) run from our side of the table to another side and behind another corridor (where there other tables). We told our server who did bring the manager along. Chris the manager seemed so casual about it and asked if we knew how to catch a mouse. He did apologize but didn't do anything else. And I did see other tables seated in the section where the mouse ran towards. I wasn't comfortable eating my food after that. Manager didn't offer anything else - a compensation or anything. I don't know if i would be going back to that location again.

   The staff at this location are amazing! They are helpful and friendly. One of the wait staff that had served us previously came over and greeted us warmly because they remembered us. She even saw that my daughter's drink was empty and refilled it even though it wasn't her table.

    It was a delightful experience. Emily our server was very knowledgeable and displayed so much patience with a new group of people not familiar with fondue. The only area I would suggest that needs work is your front staff, as soon as we entered, we were greeted yet not with a great deal of enthusiasm. However, perhaps they were having an off day, no worries I always look past it and carry on with my experience knowing fully well I/we will have the time of our lives because we make it that way. Kudos to all of you who participated in making this event a true celebration of 'melting'. Sending peace & joy to all.

    Great experience overall. Easy parking, food was okay. I would’ve preferred more carbs with the grill option. We were only given asparagus, mushrooms and zucchini.

    We had a most wonderful experience! Dylan was an excellent server. Food was fantastic. We were taken right away to our table. Excellent! Can't wait to go again. The only suggestion I would make would be to enhance the dining room area to make it a bit more cozy, elegant, etc. We were at 1 of 2 tables that were in the middle of a large room with booths on side. I felt a bit exposed. Also, the restaurant furnishings were a little stark for what I would pair the experience and food.

    We’ve been to many Melting Pots. This was the worst melting pot experience we have ever had. 30 minutes at the table without a server or drinks. Followed by Fair service at best. Honestly, the melting pot used to be so nice but we’ll go the Raleigh from now on.

    Fantastic evening with Evan as our server! He was fast, did a great job mixing our fondue, and got the entire order right the first time. He was also just the right amount of attentive - certainly the best in our many trips to this Melting Pot.

    We went for New Year’s Eve and they were so busy. They did their very best to keep up with all the tables and the service was still very good regardless. We appreciated our server coming to give us updates on delays so we knew they didn’t forget about us. Overall was very nice. The only critical feedback we have was the tables out in the middle that we were sat in are not private at all (we could hear all of the conversations around us and vice versa) and the AC was quite cold blowing on our table.

    Overall, we enjoyed dinner. They allowed us to swap one of the proteins. The food was great, even though we got the wrong chocolate fondue. We waited so long for it and we were okay with flavor, so we didn’t argue. It was an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner but it is a once a year thing for us.

    The 4 course dinner took over three hours. By the time we left at 9:30pm we were the last customers in the main restaurant. All the tables around us were covered with dirty plates and many had smoking pots left on the table since no one turned off the burners. The smoke hurt our lungs. It took an hour to receive our chocolate dessert and the waitress said the delay was due to a rambunctious child that she had decided to sit down with. “It was so cute” she said. No one ever came to take our credit card so we finally went to pay at the bar. About two hours into the dinner we complained to the hostess about the slow pace and she did nothing. She was on her phone all night. The whole experience was truly memorable in the worst way possible.

    It was a crazy night to go out to dinner, but Emily, our server was amazing! They were attentive and calming while the kitchen was overwhelmed. I highly recommend the location and if you have Emily helping, you will have a great experience! 12/24/22
