Despite open table taking my booking. I arrived at the restaurant with my guests to find the restaurant was closed. Very disappointed in the experience.

Great having a room for a group of 10-14! It was a nice surprise & good for a work Christmas gathering. I would recommend especially during these challenging covid times?

I’m sure it’s quite normal in australia but the $5 surcharge and then the credit card charge are a bit unnecessary. And the server asked if I was ok with the credit card charge, like I had a choice in the matter.

We had reservations but restaurant refused to enter the store. because the day was reserved by private group. Why they don’t update this thing to opentable? really bad user experience.
