Great food, v good drinks!
It was very peaceful dining. The food was great and the server respected me and my space. It was such a nice experience with myself, would most definitely go again.
Our waitress Dana was a delight and so was the food! The ambiance is great, and definitely helps release "the love" between you and your partner. Went on a week night to ensure a good table and no noise - turned out great for us!
Personal opinion, a bit more seafood options would make this place heaven on earth.
Very sweet place. Food was scrumptious...celebrated our wedding anniversary with candied bacon, hush puppies, and pancakes with sour cherry sauce. Cocktails equally amazing.
Visited for the first time yesterday and my party and I loved it! Service was amazing, food and drinks also very good. I had the Broken Arrow which is like a prickly pear margarita, so good. The shrimp n grits were good and the farm fresh omelet has a perfect soft scramble. Also if you don’t try anything else you must try the Sriracha Bacon Candy! Can’t wait to come back and try dinner.
Had brunch here on a Sunday morning. Food was fabulous all around. We were able to sit outside with heaters which was great. Highly recommend!
The Love’s outdoor dining situation is great! Went for an early brunch and enjoyed the heat lamps near our table. The brunch menu is fine, but nothing too exciting: it’s mostly upscale-ish American. The sriracha bacon was disappointing. It was tasty, sure, but it wasn’t thick-cut bacon, was a very small portion, and cost $12 (half the price of an entree). The sides in general are meager, which is a bummer for brunch.
This place was very nice. Intimate small setting. Food was very delicious. Especially lobster spaghetti
I just had to try the spaghetti lobster starter based on previous reviews. It was probably one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. My only problem with it would be the portion was too big for an appetizer in that when my entree arrived I was too full to eat more than a few bites. I wish they would either make the portion smaller or offer it as an entree (make a little bigger then). My husband had the mushroom soup and pork chops which he really enjoyed as well.
First time to The Love. Dined outside, which was nice. As the weather gets chillier they ought to invest in more outdoor heaters. It got chilly, especially as the sun set. Food was good but not fantastic, especially for the price. Service was outstanding.
Everyone working there is very helpful. Their Covid procedures are top notch! Food was great.
Great staff and super friendly service
It was amazing
Staff was wonderful and the food was amazing. Will definitely be dinning there again.
Very nice atmosphere. Food was very good. Brunch was a bit expensive over $100 for 2 people.
Have a beautiful adventure love the restaurant love the food love my server we will definitely be back
Very underrated place! Love it every time, among my favorites in
Sat inside. Plexiglass and many COVID safety precautions taken. Food was still excellent as always and the service was phenomenal.
We dined at The Love the other night and both had fabulous and fresh, seasonal meals . I had the salmon and my husband had the fried chicken. We sat outside next to the window and had the benefit of a heater above us, which was perfect. Our server was outstanding and attentive. I would highly recommend
Very clean and lovely place. The social distancing here is wonderful, Plexiglas at every booth. Tables spread out. Definitely make a reservation to come here, books fast. The food was all so delicious. We ordered:
Cast-Iron Baked Parker House Rolls which were so good
Honey Brined Pork Chop, husband loved this.
Pulled Brisket Fazzoletti, this was yummy just wished it had more brisket, but its still good!
Potato Frites, delicious with their remoulade, the potato wedges were thicker than I liked but it was a fabulous side.
Raspberry nut crunch bars, SO yum!!!
Our waitress Megan was amazing. Food was incredible as always and our safety was a priority
Delicious and fresh, very accommodating and attendant waitstaff. Would come back for a very high dining experience at a great price
We went to The Love for brunch. The service was excellent. We were able to have outdoor seating and the heat lamps kept us comfortable on a chilly fall day. The food was amazing! We were also given complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate (it was our post wedding brunch as a couple). We highly recommend!
Was my go-to in pre-pandemic days. Nice to find it unchanged.
Me and partner went here for our anniversary. Really great experience.Superb ambiance. Our meals were excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. Don’t skip dessert! Also very clean and I felt safe the whole time even 7 mo pregnant.
I have fined at The Love before but this was my wife’s first time. We both loved it no pun intended! Great job adapting to COVID-19!
Anniversary. Wonderful evening. Food, wine and atmosphere.
Loved it. First time dining out since January. Was a littler nervous about social distancing, etc since I have an underlying health condition And a compromised immune system, but - it was my Mother’a 91st Birthday and she wanted to go out.
We were seated outside right by the entrance. No one was sitting near us I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. The staff was great. And is was so much fun to finally be out and about like a normal human being. Food was excellent Mom loved it Will definitely go again.
Great food and service!
I had the chicken and waffle for brunch and the Waffle was mushy and didn’t like the flavors, would have preferred syrup. Chicken was cooked well but bland and had no taste- I added salt and didn’t help much. With tip I paid 40 for a cup of coffee snd 1 piece of fried chicken.
The service was very good and the food was overall great except the chicken dish - chicken was a little dry. Had a great selection of wine and beer. Salad was an excellent choice.
It was my first time here and it was a date. The first thing I noticed was the scenery. It was quiet and lovely. The food was amazing. My date as well loved her experience.
Server was very accommodating. Food was perfect. Restrooms needed attention. Also had to wait in line for restrooms both times.
Dined outside which was nice but pork chop was dry and hazelnuts overpowered both the ravioli and brownie.
Also putting a brownie in the middle of a skillet doesn’t exactly make it a skillet dessert....
Was really excited to try The Love.I have been supporting Stephen Starr restaurants since the 90's. Food was excellent but the service was inattentive and we were not seated until 20 minutes past our reservation time.
We LOVE The Love! Always and forever, they have taken such good care of us. You see, leading with love is how we live and to find a restaurant that not only reflects our outlook and expectations on quality but our concern and welfare towards our fellow human? The Love is a place that has captured our hearts and not just our tummies. Thank you to The Love for having us again and again. Until the next time. Xoxo
Had the fried chicken and it was delicious! The brownie dessert was amazing. We brought my 3 yr old and everyone was so kind and thoughtful of her.
Dinner was perfect! We loved their seasonal menu and each item was better than the next 😊
The food was better than expected. Hands down my favorite for the night was the Spaghetti and Lobster. It's a starter but I wouldn't mind getting two and eating it as an entree. It's very flavorful and really rich but my mouth was super happy and pleased. My meal was the pulled brisket with the handmade pasta fazzoleti. It was good as well. The dish was like stroganoff with broccoli. Leona was our server she provides seamless comfort and knows how to serve and keep your glasses full. I'm actually going back today for brunch. 😁
