Join us for our first stop in South America as Chow offers us the cuisine of Argentina in our next four-course meal! We will start with Carbonada Criolla (Argentinian Beef Stew), followed by Beef Empanada Argentina Style served with a Romesco Sauce. We will cleanse our pallets with a Patagonian Red Wine Sorbet before we enjoy Roasted Tenderloin of Beef with Authentic Chimichurri and for the finale, we will delight in Argentine Chocolate Caramel Cake with Chow's house made mint ice cream. You will definitely want to order one of delicious coffees to have with this final course roasted with our very own flavor, unique only to the Lounge.
