   Service was slowing. Drinks took 20 mins to get. Plane over head every 10 mins was difficult to have conversation without talking over it.

   It was a Friday night around 5:00 and very few tables were occupied. Many employees standing and chatting. We finally waved the waitress over and ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. It was like they forgot the drinks and ended up bringing the appetizer. However, we had to ask for the small plates and silverware. Eventually we ordered our meal and reminded the waitress what time our movie started. Food was just ok with only one issue, the Hamburger was medium -rar, not medium well! Again we had to flagged someone down. Second round of drinks barely made it in time for us to catch the movie. Ordered beers during the movie and that took 40 minutes to get two draft beers. Terrible experience, we'll be back for another movie but will definitely go to a different restaurant before.

   Zentrl is a beautiful restaurant , airy and pleasant. We all ordered different things and everyone was pleased with their food. Our waiter was efficient and friendly.

   Had dinner before seeing a movie. There were about 5-10 occupied tables but I guess they were short staffed. waiting for service wasn’t bad, we understand it’s not the waiter’s fault he was alone running around. They served my martini is a water cup because they didn’t have any clean martini glasses. Very wtf moment. Food was decent, get the popcorn shrimp, don’t get their sushi.

   Overall good experience. Our waiter was handling the whole place. Host Bar Tender, waiter. (Maybe he was even the cook) I have to say he was still amazing. I hope it was because somebody didn't show up. Otherwise good atmosphere and food. Enjoy !!

   Food had been sitting outside since 9 when they’re brunch started. Dining area wasn’t very clean. For the price not much variety and quality of food wasn’t good.

   We had a really lovely time at ZENTRL's Mother's Day Brunch. The quality and variety of the food at the buffet was excellent (the omelet bar was a favorite), although a few things had been sitting out for a bit too long. The service was friendly, courteous and prompt. I would have no hesitation recommending ZENTRL to others.

   Overall, I would not say it was a horrible experience. I’ve had other special events with set pricing here before which were amazing. This one, however, didn’t make the cut. We had a 9 AM reservation. We got there and they were not ready. Only have the food was ready to go, and all of it was cold. While they did have things like pancakes there you could tell that they were prepackaged. If I wanted food like that, I would go to the grocery store freezer aisle. The waiter was amazing. The service was good. The price for the food that was there was not worth it at all. It was more of a $30 Vegas buffet than a $70 special event.  The restaurant itself is amazing and the staff were very attentive.

   Food was nasty… you need a new chef… I’m done coming here it seems my comments don’t matter… I have told the restaurant manager Tyler I think her name many times and I paid 80 dollars for a joke of a buffet… service was amazing as always and the managers were assisting the servers the service is why I keep coming back but until you get a new chef I will not be back …
