The Lost Square Winter Igloos

Limited food options. They said the charcuterie board was only available on the weekend.

My partner & I had a great time at the Winter Igloos. The setting was so amazing & beautiful . My only issue was the food choices there weren’t many choices for us to choose from . Other than that , I loved the experience .

This was a super great way to have a larger group of people get together in a fun place. The food is not dinner, just small plates, but the wait staff was great to go down and bring up heavier food from the restaurant. The space was really cool, and we could see the sunset and hear the music from the bar. My only disappointment was that the time passed way too quickly, a 90 min interval wasn't enough.

Would absolutely recommend! Jerome, our server was fantastic. Worth the experience!

A friend and I booked the igloo for our early valentines date with our husbands before they have to deploy. We were so impressed with the food. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! The set up inside the igloo was so cute and Cozy, they even had blankets and a heater.

Ambience was awesome. Great little touch to feel warm and cozy. There was heater to keep us warm. Food options were less, drinks very okay. Overall great experience.

We had the best time at the rooftop igloos to celebrate my husband's birthday. Starting with Arthur from the Alida Hotel, who helped to arrange the delivery of cupcakes during our time slot, and the wonderful bartenders who made sure we were taken care of! The hour and a half flew by, but was full of great appetizers and drinks. The ambiance was PERFECT, and no one in my group had ever been in an igloo. Outside of the igloo, the place was not crowded and was a very cozy atmosphere. Looking forward to returning.

Got the igloo as a fun experience while visiting Savannah. They are SUPER CUTE!!! They have a heater, if extra chilly. The food was good, but my burger was PHENOMENAL!!! Probably the best I’ve ever had. My husband had some, and even he agreed!

There was only one server. She did the absolute best she could, but service was a little slow. We totally enjoyed the evening!

Venue was perfect and a great compromise for my girlfriend who doesn't like eating outdoors. We would like to come back with friends, and our bartender provided just the right amount of attention. The games were a pleasant surprise, and we became nostalgic doing 90's trivia - 90 minutes flew by.
I was not a little upset about false advertising, which on their website dictates that Sunday evenings are a minimum of $100 for purchases, Friday and Saturday are $200, which I verified when I returned home and have a screenshot for. I didn't go Sunday because it was cheaper, it was best for our schedules, but I had an expectation, and did not like when the bartender asked me to sign a contract for the $200 minimum. With my date present, I didn't want to spoil the atmosphere and appear cheap with an investigation, so I sucked it up. You guys need to fix it. On the other hand, the money we didn't spend on ourselves benefited the patrons at the bar, so it felt good to provide unexpected joy to others.

Melvin made great drinks, and the food was very tasty. The igloo was warm and such a unique way to enjoy a rooftop bar in downtown Savannah on cool nights.

Excellent experience! The food and service was amazing. Great atmosphere. I had the best Old Fashioned ever! Would def book the igloos again!

Everything about this experience was fantastic! This is a favorite roof top bar of ours & being able to enjoy it in the winter was wonderful. Melvin is the best!!

We did the igloo, and it was great! The menu that they have posted online is different than what we were offered. Drinks came slow, and when you are required to spend $200 I would hope it would have been quicker. ( our bill was $300 when we left the igloo) I think if they are going to put a time limit on the igloo they would want people to spend as much as possible. We were actively drinking and playing a game when she came up and told us time was up and we had to leave. The other igloo was empty, and it was not very busy in the bar. So we paid our bill and left , and went to a cute bar down the way and spent another $300 on drinks somewhere else. 🤔
I think they need to evaluate this..
