I had to return my Aperol spritz, as it had a piece of glass in it. The avocado in my Earth bowl was rock hard. I could t get a knife through it. Slightly worrying that the chef didn’t know that you don’t serve avocado like this. My mum ordered peri peri chicken but it was simply some kind of Aarhus sauce. Very disappointing.

We were having a good time meal and drinks good and the whole experience was ruined as my daughter had her purse stolen from her handbag ! How did the person who carried out this act get past the bouncer on the door as the guy was poorly dressed and did look out of place as everyone was in the place celebrating Christmas . My daughter did run after the guy who for some reason stopped by the door which gave her the opportunity to confront him and get her purse back , she informed the bouncer who did not seem to bothered gave us the impression he did not care . Won’t be booking a table there again nasty experience

The restaurant was far too noisy and dirty. I was told to move twice even though the table was booked under my name. Getting drinks from the bar was impossible. I had many people served in front of me that arrived at the bar long after I had arrived. I would warn people not to book here unless you are a stag or hen do

Not worth visiting. Booked a table, was sat upstairs on a table which had to be cleaned up before we sat down, and then no one came to take our order. Popped downstairs to ask about service, was told someone would come. Gave up and left. Waste of time.

I read the reviews thoroughly before going here and although they were not great the main whinge's were around service. Worth a try I thought and was right. The food is good both in quality and portion sizes. The service is fine but could be improved. The main issue is that they are trying to be a bar and a restaurant and a club. Although the club is separate the bar and restaurant are integrated. Our waitress went off to investigate a few things about the booking and specials. Unfortunately she seemed to be serving behind the bar a few minutes later while we waited for her to return so we could order. Clearly they need to find a way to separate the functions so the staff are not having to deal with competing demands. If they manage that then this would be a great place rather than just good.

I made a reservation for 4 persons through 'opentable' last Saturday evening. As me and my partner arrived eventhough we mentioned that we had a reservation they didn't listen and asked us to wait. When the waiting was over 10mins, my partner went to the manager and raised it again. They said they were clearing the tables and they gave us a table for 2. I kept repeating our booking but it was although he was not listening and kept saying this is all they had. Finally I got his attention and said 'we made a booking for 4'. He then requested for the email confirmation as they didn't have our reservation. He said that he will check and come back to us. He never returned and nobody was willing to speak to us or atleast say they have made a mistake and they are sorry. By then my friends had arrived, we left the place thoroughly disappointed at their customer service
