Our waitress was kind and attentive with good suggestions. Fun brunch date to catch up with a friend and since the weather was a little foggy, wasn't super crowded and didn't feel like we had to rush out of there.

We went for Sunday brunch today. The food did not disappoint. However, we were celebrating a birthday, & when the food arrived, they had lost the birthday girl’s food. By the time her food arrived, some of us were done eating. I was disappointed that nothing was offered or provided to fix the situation. We did not ask for anything, but I do feel as though it should’ve been offered. Also, the waitress did not mention that tip was already on the receipt. Luckily, we all noticed, but pay attention not to tip twice. The food was amazing! The ambiance was great.

Cool venue. They make their own cheese and ice cream. They serve food farm to table so it’s an interesting menu but limited choices. Thought it was expensive for what it was . Servers were overly attentive, like standing right next you waiting for you to finish to clear your dish. Felt rushed like they needed our table. It was $250 for a family of five . Thought it was pricey for what we had to eat.

This was our second time at The Loft and we went for NYE. When we got there we realized it was a set 3-course meal, which we were kind of upset about because our first visit we had really enjoyed our food and menu selections and weren’t expecting to have limited options. But, we remained optimistic because we both found a dish that we liked! It was $68 a person and included a glass of champagne (which was a half-filled fluke). It took almost 45 min to get our first course! However, it was good- we had ordered the salad and the shrimp toast. The salad was delicious. The shrimp toast was delicious, but seemed like a small serving. At any rate, both were very tasty. By the time our main course got there we had already been there for an hour and 15 minutes and when they finally brought our dishes out they were cold. They immediately replaced them with new dishes about 5 minutes later- both dishes now luke warm. Again, both dishes very tasty, but disappointed about the wait and temperature of the food. I ordered the lamb and my bf ordered the rib roast. For the last course, dessert, they had 2 options- a chocolate cake of some sort and a blueberry lemon tart, we both wanted the tart and they were out! They offered us ice cream instead... it was below zero outside so we weren’t too excited about it and we did pay, what I would say is a good amount of money and for them to only have 1 of 2 options seemed ridiculous. We thought maybe, due to the cold food, the wait and not having one of the desserts, they would AT LEAST comp one or both of our drinks.. didn’t happen. So, needless to say, we spent over $200 and left feeling disappointed. It was unfortunate because they have a great atmosphere and good food. The overall experience just wasn’t up to par for the price.
