    Was a great experience, definitely get the porterhouse it was delicious, especially with the cream corn and mushroom risotto

    Our waitress served us well once again. Good service - and knew your food and wine selections well. Both of our meals were spot on - Steak was done perfect for my birthday dinner - and the wife had the ravioli, which she loved. - great bottle of wine (another recommendation from our waitress!) - and a birthday dessert brownie to finish off the meal. Thank you to Stephanie and all the staff at the Lodge - we had a really nice evening,

    My hubby and I went for an early dinner at 5:00pm last Friday. At that time the restaurant only had a few people seated and the doors to the deck were open as it was a beautiful day. Our table overlooked the deck and the noise level was very quit - a great setting. Our server was great - very attentive and friendly. We started our meal sharing a caesar salad which was delicious with smoky bacon crumbles, crispy capers and yummy parmesan flakes. My husband's main was the New York striploin and I had the short rib. Presentation of plates was great - very appetizing! The striploin was medium rare as request but hubby said it was unexpectedly chewy and the herb butter on top was quite salty. No we did not complain - did not see the point - what would they do? Hubby managed to polish it off regardless - won't order it next time. My short ribs were fork tender and delicious! The seasonal veg - tri-colour carrots, beets and mashed potatoes were all well prepared and yummy! For dessert we shared the brownie topped with salted caramel chocolate ice cream - so good! All in all it was a pretty good meal. The cost seemed on the high side - definitely not somewhere we would go weekly but for a special occasion would be good.

    Emily was lovely. Overall the food was delicious but portion size for the lobster ravioli was small. My dad was still hungry, although he said it was delicious

    This is our 3rd time visiting the steakhouse. They have improved their service compared to when I celebrated my 50th birthday. Food is amazing and so tender. The place is worth the trip even though it is pricey
