Yummy and healthy!
Great Happy Hour for Vegans. Meat eaters do not apply for Happy Hour. No Happy Hour eats except 4 Vegan and 1 Vegetarian. Two cocktail specials and three wines. Everything is just $7 a piece. The food was more than enough to share between two people. Very tasty; excellent preparation. drinks were strong.
Well the starters were good, but I think the chef then left as the main course was pretty bad...
I liked this place, but both our main course dishes were very average and underwhelming.
I don't think I would go back, which is a shame as the menu, ambiance and service were all fine, but at the end of the day a restaurant needs to actually deliver good food....
Great food. I was in town for 4 days, I ate there twice. Mushroom bean burger and sweet potato wedges are excellent
Little beet table was amazing! So glad we chose it on our visit to Chicago. Fresh, healthy, tasty and great service! A+
Great veggie burguer, carnitas tacos awsome!
Our server was attentive and friendly. Our drinks were tasty, albeit $15 each. On a side note, we arrived at 6:01 and they would not extend the happy hour special to us that had just ended at 6. They didn’t have to, I know, but still.
Our food was thoughtfully created but executed poorly. Short rib was dry and my wife needed to use the hoisin sauce on her noodles to make the meat palatable. My salmon was bland although crispy as advertised.
Nothing was awful, but nothing was great. A hefty bill later and its safe to say I don’t think we will be heading back to The Little Beet Table.
We chose this restaurant because I am both dairy and gluten free, and their menu was super accommodating of that. We wanted to stop by for a quick dinner but we were at the restaurant for almost 2 hours. It appeared that there were only 2 servers, so service was incredibly slow. We sat at our table with no acknowledgment for almost 20 minutes. Our drinks took another 15 to arrive, even though the bar was about 20 feet away, and the dining room was not full. The food was decent and we appreciated the healthy options, but our experience was overall not good because of the inattentiveness of the staff.
Nice downtown location with upscale casual atmosphere. Service was exceptional and friendly. Very attentive to needs, requests and questions. Menu is farm to fork with fresh veggies and many healthy options. The chili poppers were delicious as was the roast chicken entree. Would definitely return.
The food at the restaurant was good. We have eaten at this restaurant in New York and D.C. and had a pleasant experience. However, this location had dirty floors and gnats. Unfortunately, this took away from the experience.
Appetizers were amazing... Broccoli Pizzette, guacamole, and the shishito peppers. My friends loved their salad. My taco was good but the flour tortillas was a little dry and bland. There was a lot of bugs flying inside but overall everyone loved the menu and experience.
Absolutely amazing staff. They went above and beyond for a special occasion and seriously exceeded our expectations.
The team there is so friendly and wants to serve the customers in any way they can. LOVE LB!
Excellent food! High quality and choices that accommodates all meal preferences. I am a vegetarian and my husband is not and we both had plenty of options. Staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and this will definitely be one of our to go restaurants when we visit Chicago!
Brunch for a family of 8 for my birthday. Was great! Did not disappoint! I recommend the guacamole and beet salad to start!
We've been here several times but will probably not go back. The menu hardly changes and there are no specials. The chicken disk I had was so salty as to be almost inedible. The chicken on the salad my wife had was so tough she could not eat it It was left on her plate and the server didn't inquire as to if there had been a problem. The food is expensive. Service otherwise was OK, but the food was just well below par and not at all worth the price. They will not be around long without some major changes.
Service was excellent, lunch menu perfect for business lunch.
Absolutely amazing! Wide variety of dishes, excellent service and out of this world delicious. I will definitely be back 👌🏽
Fresh ingredients, nicely prepared, satisfying portions. We came for brunch but will definitely return to try the lunch or dinner menu. The gluten free pancakes are the best I’ve had.
We loved our dinner here! Very attentive and friendly waitstaff, and the food was great. A bit expensive, but we enjoyed the black bean burger, the meat burger, and the hummus appetizer.
Food was delicious. Hummus and Beet Salad were great. Pork Tacos were a little too salty...hot sauce was spicy and delicious. Service was awesome...great job Sara (with no "h" ;-) Outdoor seating was great for lunch.
Would recommend highly.
I brought an out of town colleague here; I picked it because she's a vegetarian and this is a "vegetable forward" spot. All of our food was delicious. We especially liked the whipped ricotta appetizer that we split. We sat outside on the patio, which we quite enjoyed, and had excellent service. The cocktails were lovely; very refreshing and surprising. I'd definitely come back.
From start to finish it was a real treat. Jourdan greeted us at the bar. Her enthusiasm ran thru our whole visit. She recommended a fabulous rose wine...we weren’t planning on spending as much but she said it was yummy...and it was. She suggested the whipped ricotta with rhubarb.....WOW...best thing I ate during my two days in Chicago. We then ordered what I came to the Little Beet Table for....the tacos with cauliflower..mushrooms etc...she told us we could order one extra as we didn’t want 6...so we had 4 ...DELISH.
I live in Minneapolis...my friend however lives just a few blocks away...she had not been there before..She will be back soon with friends...When I make my next trip to Chicago I will be there!!!!!
Thank you Jourdan....

The service was very slow, one entree and one side were not even warm when served, and the meal itself was over-priced. It has the potential to be an extremely good restaurant but many aspects need closer attention.
I had made a reservation for 8:45 and called at 8:40 saying that I was running late and wanted to make sure it was okay if I got there by 9. The woman who answered said they closed at 9, but if I hurried they would still take me. I hustled over there and slipped in at 8:55 apologizing. The restaurant manager and server could not have been nicer. They didn’t rush me at all. I had a delicious mushroom and black bean burger on a GF bun. It was fantastic! Side of roasted sweet potatoes. I can’t say enough about how they made me feel — like a valued customer. ❤️
Food took forever to come out. They were super friendly, but ours was the first order in for the day and it took 30 mins for it to come out. Nearly made us miss our flight. Had I known it would have taken so long to get our food, we would have gone some place else, or just skipped breakfast altogether.
This little gem was such a pleasant surprise! The tapas and happy hour specials are a must do and so tasty. Loved the sunflower hummus and shrimp salad. For the non drinker the oat milk matcha with chia was amazing! I would go back again and again. Service was perfect and so helpful
Great food - my girlfriend's sister was in town and she is gluten-free and vegetarian - had many options for her. We all liked our food (especially the guacamole appetizer and the ice cream sundae w/ chocolate chip cookies dessert). Our server was super friendly and on top of things. Strongly recommend it.
Excellent food especially for being gluten free. We were also treated to champagne for our anniversary!
Overall a very good meal. They were not that busy - our server was attentive, but not overbearing. Sunflower Hummus and Shiso peppers were excellent; cauliflower tacos lacked flavor - they were uninteresting. Berry bowl with float was tasty.
Asked server about a number of dishes - he admitted that he had not ad them - the kitchen does not provide them with the opportunity to taste the menu items (hont to restaurant, letting your servers taste things makes them a better advocate for the food).
We ate outside - it was a noisy sidewalk cafe - though nicely separated from the street.
Like that the food is veggie forward and GF.
Good healthy food, nice ambience
Delicious and healthy! Good happy hour too
I didn't realize that this was a gluten free restaurant. So, I ordered a burger and it came on a gluten free bun. Not my thing, but if I needed to be gluten free, I'm sure it would be great.
We sat outside and it got a little loud.
Good food. Bad service. Long wait to order and receive food. Second time it’s been like this. I go back though cause the food is good
Went on Tuesday night and service was incredibly slow.
Another great experience at Little Beet Table. I love having so many tasty GF options and the Cucumber Mule is SO good. YUM!
This restaurant was great! Delicious food
Service was rude. Food bland and overpriced.
They charged $3 for 2 slices of bread.
Would not recommend.
Service was inattentive and scattered. They were out of all but one of their beers. The prices were high for the food/drinks we had. Food quality was good but not worth the prices.
It wasn’t very busy, but there were lags in service. We ordered more bread for the whipped ricotta appetizer, and we got our entrees before it got to us. I honestly thought they forgot about it. They brought the wrong tacos for my friend. I ordered a second glass of wine, but there was no more wine chilled, so that took forever as well. My entree was terrible. So much pesto, and the pesto wasn’t prepared correctly. Too oily. Pools of oil on the plate. Couldn’t find the mushrooms in the dish, it was so green. I tried to doctor it up with lemon juice and salt, but it was disgusting. Didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for another plate. I had high hopes for this place. Doubt I’ll ever return.
