This was our first time at their new location and we went as a family of five to celebrate my wife’s milestone birthday. Our server Bobby Hill greeted us at the door as we arrived which was impressive. He had been our waiter when we first went to The Library at their former location. We had a 6 pm reservation and were the first to arrive but a few other groups arrived shortly after but it never got overly crowded. We ordered a round of drinks and they serve their Library martini in a copper goblet in order to enhance the flavor of the liquor we were told by our waiter but it seemed a little gimmicky to me. We ordered their cold seafood medley for appetizers and that was excellent including the best crab meat I have ever had. Our main courses were fine, wait to hear the specials before ordering, and I ordered the lamb chops which were excellent. A minor complaint was that the server recommended I get them without bread crumbs but they came with them anyway? They give you the option of adding a lobster tail with most of their non fish entrees and they push that option a little too much for my taste. Must be a good moneymaker for them. I had requested a small birthday cake to have with dessert but they claimed to never have gotten that request and in any event I was told they don’t do desserts if that type. We passed on their desserts and went with Irish and regular coffees. From our previous visit they do make a mean Banana Fosters Yo! We also had one bottle of wine with our main courses. Be prepared to spend a bit over $100 per person plus tip. We will be coming back again at some point but since we are not one percenters our visits will be carefully spaced for very special occasions.

We had drinks at the bar before our reservation and had a great experience. The bar staff was knowledgable and attentive.
Once we got to dinner, Josh was AMAZING even when being distracted by other issues being brought to his attention while at our table. The food was well prepared, artfully plated, and the dishes showed planning in both execution and flavor profile.
The only detractor was the altercation that threatened to place in the dining room between a diner and a patron who had apparently been overserved, or just could not handle his wine.
Overall the experience was worth repeating and I would recommend the library without reservation.

The food was outstanding. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect except for the music. It was a bit loud and didn't seem to go with the ambience.

Food was okay but not great. I was charged 10 dollars for spring water I did not order, even after I questioned it. Will not go back!

Food was good. Creamed spinich side dish was SWEET. Had we known, we would not have ordered this. Carrpaccio was fine but not exceptional. Steak Diane was superb as was the Caesar salad. Waiter was engaging and very nice
