For Game #4, we thought we'd try The Ledge at the 400-Level. It's a great spot with a great view of the ice. It's much quieter than the other arena pubs. Connor, our server, was great--very attentive and he explained how the taco buffet works. We left for our seats after we watched the warm-up from up on high. However, if you are just here for the meal (you can also buy Ledge seat tickets that include this meal), it is over-priced compared to Bert's and The Royal Oak. It's an "all-you-can-eat" buffet. If you are a light evening meal eater like me, there is no "sharing" a meal, like at other restaurants. The nacho and taco buffet ends up being about $40, the cocktails are $20, and the beer is ±$15 and a mysterious, unexplained "Admin Fee". The food is good, but not $40-without-table-service-good. Still, that being said, we'd consider going back if our usual spot isn't available.

Reception was curt. Stated he didn't like reservations system. Gave us 30 minutes max to eat, drink and leave. We didn't eat. We didn't drink. WE LEFT.

First visit to Canadian Tire Center and was looking to eat prior to the game and there are not a lot of options around here. This arena is hard enough to get too. Hard to get info on this restaurant prior to the visit so we went in pretty blind. Read it had a pasta bar but the menu on the website indicated it was a taco bar. It had limited sit down tables and booths but mostly just seats over looking the arena. The taco bar was very good, everything you would want in one and everything fresh. The price though was crazy expensive. Not sure eating in the rafters of a professional hockey team arena is all that special when a game is not going on. Staff was great and friendly. Keep hearing CTC getting slammed I kind of get it!

Thought the Ledge was supposed to be a pasta bar. Turns out it was a taco bar. Good was so-so but our server was very good.

Great buffet style Mexican food, fresh and hot. Atmosphere was warm and patrons chatted to one another from nearby tables discussing views of the upcoming game, love the relaxed, intimate feel of this dining experience. Great Birds Eye view of the ice surface below. Especially loved the little plate of cookies to finish off the experience!
