Just the perfect venue for a Fathers Day early dinner. Good food, wonderful ambiance and great service. The live entertainment was a most welcome plus!

Terrible experience for Father's Day. Food terrible, service worse. Had to send back food twice to get it cooked right. Ordered an expensive bottle of wine - we were asked to open it. Ruined our holiday.

The wait staff was very attentive, accommodating, and easygoing. A wide array of beverages to meet the thirst. The food was fresh, and incorporated local ingredients to capture the flare of local delicacies. We lucked into to some live music that was playing outside, and that made the evening even memorable.

Came to watch Alyssa Jacey and enjoy company with some coworkers. Jayce is THEE BEST server. My 2nd time having him. Such an amazing place with amazing staff and ono food! Will be back soon.

I would go back to this place but I was a little upset that the service took so long. Had reservations at 1815 and didnt sit until almost 1900. I understand they were busy because Taimane had her CD release party but if you have a reservation, your table should be reserved for the time you have. There should have been more waiters if they were expecting such a big crowd. Waited almost an hour for food! I loved our waiter because we had him from before but just frustrated with the wait time to be seated and for the food!

I had the ribs and it was dry and needed more flavor. My wife had chicken and it was over cooked. None the less the server who helped was just there for 2 days and did great.

Mother’s Day buffet was yummy! The only downfall was that the food kept running out! Someone when to get bacon a few times and each time it was gone! I had to wait for the kalua pig Benedict for several minutes. The plates were burning hot because they had just come out of the dishwasher. So hot we couldn’t touch them for a couple minutes! It was very busy... but the workers were very nice and did their best to accommodate us! The ambiance was wonderful and it was a nice time with the family. I would go back for regular dining. I liked the atmosphere and he food was tasty!

Had a reservation of 15ppl for an intimate bridal shower & the whole experience, from food, service, & customer service was OUTSTANDING. The customer service levels of valet, lobby desk, & food waiter/waitresses were exceptional. Everyone was very professional & beyond reaching to accommodate our experience! We were able to provide our own bridal shower decor for the table, but the chic cute interior design of the hotel only added to our event! I’m so pleased with the outcome of our how experience turned out & that everything was more than I could imagine it’d be. Thank you Hyatt Centric Waikiki!

Restaurant wasn’t very busy with several empty tables. Our server checked on us once. It took awhile to get our food even though we had a group. One person ordered soup with another item and asked for it with the meal. It came out over half an hour before the rest of the orders. The food description was inaccurate. The tomato bisque soup was ravioli tomato soup. The warm vegetable salad was frisée lettuce, I had a few pieces of asparagus and one slice of squash. My so ordered the steak - medium. It was rare... like, bleeding. Will not go back or recommend.
