We were not done eating our appetizer, Ahi Poke', and the female bus person (not the server) picked up the plate (which still had poke' on the plate) and walked away with our appetizer. She did not even asked if we were done with the appetizer!!! Although we did have our entrees' your staff should NOT remove and take away a dish that WE PAID FOR that still had food on the plate!!! She should have asked us before even reaching over our table to remove the dish! We have experienced another incident in December 2016 where the server appeared disgruntled and did not want to be at the restaurant. He comments about how bad some of the dishes were and his service was in all horrible!!! We thought we would try dining at your restaurant again but for the 2nd time in a row we experienced unacceptable service where "service" is hugely important in the restaurant industry.

Everything is good except our server was a bit slow. We sat in our table waiting to get our orders for about 30-40mins and then our food take so long. And we were in this place for 3-4hrs straight just waiting. I'm sorry

Husband and I where disappointed over all. He couldn't finish his chicken parmesan because the the texture under the cheese what undercooked egg like constitancy. I ordered Alfredo with grilled shrimp and had to request more shrimp because the shrimp I had was cold like it came out of the frig and barely put on the grill. New shrimp was brought out right away which was much better. We couldn't order any of the appetizers we wanted because of the deep fryer broke which was fine can't control things like that so we ordered salads and my husband asked for ranch and they didn't tell him it was a chipotle ranch. Over all our experience wasn't great. And won't be going back. We were really disappointed because we had been told by fellow co-workers that the food was great.

Must have access to the military installation. Enjoyed the waterfront setting and the casual atmosphere.

The American Burger was juicy and delicious! And, of course, you can't beat the view.

We tried the surf and turf, which was huly huly chicken and coconut shrimp. Both were very good, but I would not get the chicken again. It was served as a half chicken. I would rather get something less messy and cumbersome. I had the empanada for dessert. It was great, but if got it again, I would ask for extra ice cream. All in all it was very good, and we will be back.

Not to busy but the service was lacking. The wait staff never checked on us, we had to track them down for drinks, two steak knives for our ribeyes and even to pick up our payment so we could leave.

They are slow, I don't understand how with a such a small menu it takes so long to prepare. They need to work on getting a kitchen staff to fit there customer base.

We went here for Mother's Day and for the price and location it was good. The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view of Mamala Bay. The service was average with the server needing to be reminded about utensils and water. The food for the price was average. There was a good variety and it was significantly less expensive than Waikiki. Overall it was a good experience and worth what you pay.

Food was okay. Fish and chips were much better with the previous owner. No fresh fruit, which I thought was odd considering we live on an island. Side salad is not worth the money; lettuce, ONE cherry tomato, ONE slice of cucumber and a few strings of carrot should not be considered a salad. We would possibly go back, but not a restaurant to look forward to.
