    Our server Nicolette was excellent. The restaurant was short handed Saturday night, but Nicolette performed well under pressure and was friendly and helpful throughout.

    Great appetizers- pretzels/coconut shrimp/brussel sprouts. Waiter Austin couldn’t be more helpful and personable. Good was excellent all round the table. Sat outside and got to hear the concert! Fun night.

    Food was meh. Server was asked to bring more side sauce (which is always too little). And never did. Flies flying around all over the place. Disappointing - again.

    We were seated three minutes ahead of our reservation time but a server did not come around for at least fifteen minutes. The server was not terribly attentive, because the restaurant was clearly understaffed. We saw a couple get seated and then get tired of waiting so they left. The restaurant lost business because they were not properly staffed. The server rushed us for unknown reasons. At least two of us at our table of four were still eating with plenty of food left on our plates and suddenly the checks arrived. We were not done ordering drinks or dessert but we were being rushed, so again the restaurant looses money. AND the checks were wrong and had to be sent back. We could not find our server so we sent the hostess to find her and straighten out the checks. One of us who had to get a corrected check opened the app for her credit card and found that the hold had not been removed for the first, incorrect check. It did not seem as though there was an experienced adult service staff member among them - so disorganized, and such service failure! Train and properly SUPPORT your people, Lakehouse. This is completely on management, not on the poor kids who are busting their butts to compensate for YOUR failure to hire, train, schedule, and retain competent and adequate staff for a Sunday morning brunch shift. DO BETTER.

    It was our first time there and absolutely perfect . The music ..the ambiance ..the server ! We will definitely refer and come back.. Thank you for the experience

    We had a group of 5. Food was excellent! We all ordered the Dirty Pineapple. The presentation was excellent and appealing. The restaurant was very clean and our waitress was very efficient and accommodating.
