The wait staff are so friendly and attentive! I’d give them all five stars! The reason for my rating is the food, unfortunately the quality and portions are so inconsistent. I’ve dined at this keg at least 3 times and Keg franchise many more, and overall the consistency is lacking dramatically. I am someone who likes ordering the same few things that I have liked in the past, but when I return, I expect for the price, consistency. The portions will change each time, recently the last two times my salad is only lettuce, sparingly few veggies, and overall the appetizers will be over cooked or undercooked. I like the restaurant for the staff experience but the inconsistency in food is disappointing.

First time at this Keg location. Exceptional service and food! Love lobster summer and the 3 cheese butter and lobster butter amazing!

Wonderful brand new Keg. Great staff from the hostess at the entrance all the way through. Our server, Julia B was friendly, very efficient and a pleasure to work with. It was a nice touch that the Manager/Owner (Jeff?) went from table to table asking how everything was. He clearly cared. I seldom see that anymore. I have been a Kegger for 50 years, and this location knocks the ball our of the park.

Red wine served cold, they offered a warm towel to warm up the bottle. Soup was served after everyone had finished their salads. Then some meals obviously were held warm while the guest finished their soup. The prime rib was very good. Looks like staff training is definitely needed in service as it was that lack of attention to timing that impacted the meal.
