   Great birthday meal our server was Sierra M. She was delightful very friendly and attentive. The keg never disappoints.

   The food was excellent, restaurant was busy at first then slowly emptied. Our server was attentive, letting us talk before ordering.

   The food and service was good but the amount of times the gentleman and ladies wandered the dining area with their iPads checking our progress through each stage of our meal was distracting, obvious and downright rude. I know this is a business and turning tables and profit is the name of the game but it was not appropriate or appreciated. They could put their wandering to better use looking after customers!

   I was very disappointed with our visit to the Keg last night. We sat down and the server was over fairly quickly and ask if we would like a drink, have been here before and if we were celebrating anything. We ordered our drinks and he said he would send bread over right away. We received our drinks and placed our order. He said he would have my salad up first and then put in our app order. Our apps arrived with no salad yet or bread. I asked for some bread and they delivered my salad at the same time, 30 seconds after our apps showed up. Really didn't want all this food at once. All the food was delivered by other people not our waiter. Our waiter came by and noticed that all the food was there at the same time and apologized. He held up our dinner for a bit to let us have a breather. I ordered the Keg Prime Rib Classic rare to med-rare. When they delivered my prime rib it was very well done and hard to chew. I sent it back, which I never do and they brought out another one that was mid rare to medium. They said it was the rarest piece they had. It was much better that the first one. A manager came by in the middle of my meal and heard that I sent my food back and asked if it was okay now. I have noticed for awhile that this Keg has been going downhill with service and quality. They force the food on you, so they can turn the table over quickly. For a $200 dinner for 2 people I will go somewhere else for the money. I have been a big supporter of the Keg for many years and feel it has lost its appeal. I normally do write reviews but I felt I had to this time.

   3 generations of women went for a wonderful dinner. All enjoyed immensely. 1 customer running late but was not rushed in any way Thank you

   Great experience and would go back. We were seated immediately- great room, nice decor and great fireplace that did not give off any heat, thankfully as it was comfortable temp already. Fast service. Great food. We has Keg Classics Filet mignon and StripLoin steaks - good value, with awesome salads served first, steak was perfectly cooked, fantastic veggies and great potatoes. Server was professional and pleasant.

   Fantastic meal, server was attentive. The Keg is always very busy, loud but worth the visit. My filet was cooked perfectly . The crème brûlée is always a must for dessert

    Our server Dalton was AMAZING. He really got to know us and the service was incredible. He has a great personality and a huge asset to the Keg.
