   The Keg Cambridge was incredibly accommodating with a recent reservation. They provided excellent service, while being prompt and kind. This location did go above and beyond to ensure their guests were content with their meals and service being received. They even let us bring a few table decorations ahead of time to help prepare for our special occasion. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

   Great service as always. We all ordered the keg classic sirloin dinners, and our steaks were cooked to perfection. The only reason we can’t give 5 stars on the food - we found our steaks overly spiced, and our green beans were a mix of overly cooked, and under cooked. The ambiance was a disappointment. The table we were seated at was very close to other patrons (arms length away, and one of us was bumped by another patron’s seat). The noise level was so loud we could not hear ourselves speaking to each other at our table, and the temperature was uncomfortably warm. This was a birthday celebration, and we enjoyed the complimentary dessert.

   Enjoyed a wonderful dinner on Saturday. Food was great. My wife snd I enjoyed a few apps and a main each. Service left nothing to be desired. Food and drinks wrre prompt and our server Tyler was most pleasant and friendly.

   My family is visiting from New York City and we always take them to the keg. Sophia was our waitress. She was very pleasant and great with my granddaughters. Thanks again

   Decent meal, steak was over cooked. I would suggest you work a little of presentation. For $65 I'd expect my meal look more appealing then a bland white plate, made the whole thing feel uneventful.

   Great steaks mushroom rice wasn't very good no flavor and dry Green beans needed seasoning steaks amazing lobster perfect

   Took a while for our drinks to come. Our salads came before the drinks. The pepper corn steak was really good. Cooked perfect but the peppercorns on the steak was a little too much. But over all really tasty.

   Pretty busy so understandably slower service, however, after receiving our drinks and ordering our apps and mains it took 15 min to get our drinks and 20 min for our bread to arrive. When the mains came my baseball steak was medium well when it should have been mes rare. They did get a new steak for me and asked if we wanted another salmon for my partner when my new steak would be ready which we declined. The manager took care of us promptly and was apologetic for the food and service. Bonus was the steak and extra glass of wine was compted. Final review is great foir after care but I guess it would have been better if things didn't have to be remedied.

    Our waiter got our order wrong despite writing it down and repeating what he wrote down for each of our orders (2 people). Steaks were the wrong doneness and side was wrong on my plate. Waited longer than usual for our meal. Bread was brought out with no butter, asked for regular butter in addition to the 3 cheese butter however the 3 cheese butter was taken away by another waitress and replaced with regular butter when we wanted both. Asked for the 3 cheese butter and got brought a garlic butter confit and then charged 3$ for it (asked to be taken off the bill since it was not what we asked for). Waiter didn't refill water or ask us if we wanted any other drinks throughout our meal. No manager came to ask how the experience was. This is usually our go to spot for date night however not after this poor experience.
