   The Jimmy is a fun restaurant and service was excellent..parking can be an issue with the small lot and you may have to park on colony road…They no longer have valet…well worth the walk!

   The Jimmy was one of the better food experiences I’ve had in Charlotte! Great atmosphere, incredible authentic food, and great cocktails. We had the salsiccia pizza and the crab pasta (not featured on online menu). Both were incredible. Will be returning to the Jimmy very soon!

   We have eaten here twice for lunch. Although a limited menu, and a little pricey for lunch, we have really enjoyed our food. Beware, parking is limited and very small parking spaces.

    We arrived at the restaurant at 6 PM. It was quiet and we placed our order. A large party came in soon after and we waited over an hour for our meal. The noise level was off the charts. We couldn’t even hear each other talk across the table.

    Food was outstanding and way better than expected. Our server left us due to a very large party and an observant staff member saw that happening and swept in and became our server. We were not forgotten about.

    Our whole experience was great. We were seated immediately at a cute two-top with a view of the kitchen. Our server, Brian, was helpful and knowledgeable. The food was awesome. The grilled octopus app was the best octopus I've ever eaten. My Prosciutto pizza was crispy, but soft crust, loaded with meat and burrata and pistachios to add crunch and color. My husband's orecchiette was the best he's ever tried. Can't wait to come back!

    Great atmosphere and service. Super nice spot in a little gem of an area in Charlotte. Went for lunch before and dinner this time. Pizza is a amazing. Quartro Framagio pizza had goat cheese and 3 others and then sprinkled with honey. So good. Didn’t love the drinks off the menu. I ordered a pasta dish that had short rib mixed in. Could have used more beef but it was delicious. Pasta was fresh made. Definitely putting on our regular places to visit list. Would like to try the brunch. Very reasonably priced. If you haven’t been, this a must do for a date, or when parents are in town, or a regular night out.

    Always love anything Jim Noble! The Jimmy has a great patio. Ambience is not Southpark Stuffy—-more laid back than many. Food was excellent—from salad to entree to the most wonderful cheesecake! Highly recommend this restaurant along with other favorites like Roosters and Noble Smoke. Charlotte is lucky to have his brilliant restaurants and his missions in the Charlotte community!

    We’ve tried this restaurant twice now and will not be back. Food is inconsistent at best. Greeted by a trio of uninterested hostesses who set the mood for a night of disappointment. I got the pork loin which was $32- tough, cool and appeared waterlogged and tasteless. My wife’s orecchiette was cardboard thick and a weird stiff consistency. Highlights were the tartare starter and cauliflower side. Service was also very good. So overall expensive disappointing entrees without enough redeeming value to go back. Try Mezzanote instead at this price point.

    Very good meal at The Jimmy last night. Food was a little slow in coming, but we were very satisfied with our Chopped Salad with perfectly grilled salmon, ravioli, and grilled asparagus. Hit the spot!

    Food is pretty good but really overpriced for what it is. How do you charge $14 for a side of broccolini?!? Also, the acoustics in the restaurant are terrible so, even at 50% capacity, it was probably the loudest restaurant I can remember going to. We literally had to scream to speak with one another at the restaurant and I had a terrible headache after I left. We will not be going back.

    I ordered a salad and there must be multiple versions of paper menus floating around so the one I ordered was different than what arrived. Waiter brought me a current menu to prove I got the correct salad but I clearly had been given an old menu to order from. I kept the salad despite it not being what I ordered, but salad was served on a warm plate (must have came out of the dishwasher) so it was warm and wilted. It was also overdressed and soggy. Then food came, my pizza was delivered and it was lukewarm, so must have sat out before being served. They delivered 2 meals of the 4, so had to wait a few minutes, which made it even cooler but didn’t want to eat while others were waiting. Waiter didn’t seem happy to be working, he wasn’t rude but not friendly either. This is my 3rd time, other experiences were very similar so I won’t go back again.

    Ordered the bread, but have liked some seasoned olive oil versus just sticking the bread and olive oil, but that’s just my opinion ask them to bring over the ground pepper Wasn’t overly impressed by the pizza, but absolutely loved the ravioli. Would’ve liked to have ordered another entrée to compare several items on the menu. That looked very good. Interesting vibe because the atmosphere looks casual but also many people were dressed up as where we end tables and kitchen or more on the dressy side even though I expected more casual walking in
