   Very organized and everything went smoothly. Waitress and bus boys were outstanding, friendly and attentive. Food was very good although the only thing I would say is the roasted potatoes were very much overdone. The 18 layer cake was a picture. All and all my husband and I enjoyed our date night at the James.

   The person behind the bar was so sweet and professional. Good deal at happy hour for drinks and dollar raw clams. All the food was excellent. Nice atmosphere

   Food was delicious but certainly not enough servers,long wait for table and so loud could not hear yourself speak

   Absolutely loved The James! The drinks, the food, the vibe are all fantastic. Our server, Ramon, was attentive and engaging. We will definitely be back!

   The James is a fun place nicely designed with good ambience, good vibes! The service was excellent the drinks were excellent! We found the menu to be a bit limiting, but the food did taste good! overall a good time.

    I’ve been here plenty of times and this was the worst experience I’ve had here. It was a holiday but it wasn’t busy and the service was slow. It took so long for someone to come to the table to start. We weren’t checked in on often. Drinks were good but we were there for almost 3 hours and only got 2 drinks that’s how much our waiter checked in on us. Our dinner was served cold. We sent one steak back and it seemed like it was microwaved because the piece we cut off the steak was still cold.. so that steak went to waste. The food was the biggest disappointment. We spent over $900 on our bill and not 1 person out of the 7 of us left satisfied and we were all disappointed. This wasn’t just Easter dinner it was also my birthday and it was unfortunate a restaurant we speak so highly of truly dropped the ball. I’m not a fan of bad reviews but our waiter didn’t even ask us at the end how everything was and if he could make it right. There was no interest in that so here’s my review. The service has went down hill in the last year and so has the quality of the food. Not worth it for the price.
