   Great food, the addition of a £35 menu is a great introduction to the style of cuisine. (Some carb needed with the fist was the only minor niggle we had). Second time we've been, had the full tasting menu last time, was superb.

   Wonderful tasting menu. Food delicious, staff friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A really lovely experience.

   Umami heaven or hell in our case, each dish blended into one, the canapés/snacks were tasty and the rye porridge also, however it went downhill after that. This morning I still have the strong taste of umami in my mouth, something Colgate couldn’t get rid of. Service was too perfunctory but the very young waiter was excellent, there were only 4 tables booked, whether this added to the lack of ambience or not(room was freezing also) I will never find out as we will not be returning. We eat out at many excellent restaurants in the U.K. and worldwide this is not one of them, far too pretentious for what it delivers

   Fantastic meal, great service and loved the story's that came with some of the courses. Thanks to all the staff and chef's for a great night. Would fully recommend.

   Beautiful hidden restaurant on Conwy High Street serving amazing locally produced food. We had the Spring tasting menu for dinner and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

   Excellent experience at Jackdaw! The restaurant is small and intimate and the staff are friendly and attentive. The tasting menu was fabulous and stand out course were the bread and the brown butter cod. Deserves a star ⭐️

   Fantastic tasting menu. We love tasting menus and this is definitely one of our favourites. Yet again a really good balance of dishes that went together so well. Great service as usual and a lovely friendly atmosphere,

    Always a phenomenal experience with great attention to detail from start to finish. I doubt we will ever tire of visiting. Thank you to Gareth for expertly guiding us through our evening once again!
