Great dinner / great food / great environment / great restaurant / great bar Bar was fun to sit at and spend time at - great cocktails Staff were a little disorganised (nothing terrible) - forgot us at bar, waited longer for our table - our mains were delayed , staff did apologise- forgot a sauce so delayed us stating mains which started getting cold .. Would be good if you had a little more visibility of tower bridge from outside tables - there’s so much greenary you could be at any of the Ivy restaurants Could have a better selection of no alcoholic drinks

Very overrated food , served a warm bottle of water to start with and then the waitress spilt it over the table and forgot to wipe it dry until I asked, we ordered the fish and chips, fish was ok chips were meh and the mushy peas were gross , we finished with a cream brûlée which was served lukewarm. Very disappointing!

What a beautiful restaurant. Vibrant colours. Amazing menu. Dedicated and friendly staff. The menu is very good, some reasonable priced options and the choice to be a bit more extravagant. Nicely situated on the river Thames by Tower Hill bridge. Our waiter was superb. Will definitely be going back.

A stylish riverside restaurant offering uninterrupted views of Tower Bridge. The setting is vibrant and elegant, perfect for a relaxed lunch. Food is well-prepared—especially seafood—and service is friendly, though a bit slow during busy times. On a hot summer day, the lack of effective air conditioning made the space feel hot and uncomfortably sticky. Prices lean high, but the set menu provides decent value. Scenic summer lunches, special occasions, and anyone wanting a view as good as the meal—just be sure the AC is on!

The service was not great; the staff were kind, but they had no idea what was going on with the drinks. Bread arrived with the Mains, the beer never came, and I had to ask for the water multiple times. Reckon I was served by about 8 different members of staff.

Very much enjoyed the whole breakfast experience. Did not feel rushed and although it was busy, was not overly crowded. Would most certainly go back and would recommend it to others.

Food is delicious. But certain portions are too small (for example, olives portion is very small). Service was a bit slow, but then it was a busy day, i’m not judging too much. Finally most critically - they really need to improve the AC. Just adding a large fan to the room is not enough. They need to upgrade their AC systems. It’s simply not sufficient.
