The Ivy Tower Bridge
With interiors designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the two-floors restaurant offers guests the choice of dining within the restaurant, enjoying the view from floor to ceiling glass windows, or outside on the Parisian-style al fresco terrace seating 50 and overlooking the River Thames.
Beautiful place, very good food, warm staff. A bit pricey, but expected for this area.
Realy good. Good service and nice and clean. Friendly
Food was ok, but nothing above average. Lamb was very tough and the vegetables were verging on uncooked. I'm all for al dente, but beans were 'stringy' and decidedly not cooked on any level.
Pudding was ok but again nothing outstanding. Frozen berries is an interesting concept but these were so frozen they were again verging on inedible. Non negotiable service charge of £12 was also very steep given the service was ok but again not exceptional. Given the price being charged for the decidedly average meal I was not impressed at having to pay a further £12 just to have someone bring it to me...
Great service and excellent foox
Had a very nice early evening dinner with my 11 years old grandson and our service was lovely and front of house staff were also delightful. I’ve been to this restaurant before always before going to see something at the Bridge Theatre.
Had a nice evening at the Ivy TB. Lovely ambience and seat. Food nice, feel it's bordering on becoming higher priced than the quality of food is worth - but the selection means it's good menu for many tastes. Service felt a bit rushed and domineering. It would be good if that could be relaxed a touch. But otherwise, very nice and would come back again.
Excellent service by the wine waiter complemented by good food.
I met my Friend for a meal here at Tower Bridge London and found the Staff to be very Helpful Polite and the provided outstanding Customer Service.
The Food and drinks were High Quality we'll definitely be returning
Thanks and keep up the great work !
Fantastic in every way; location , staff & of course that amazing menu !
A wonderful dinner, excellent food and we were well attended to by the staff (our waiter was called Salvatore I think, he was great). We were initially placed on the side part of the restaurant, but on request got swiftly moved to a table with a view of Tower Bridge and the Thames. Would certainly recommend.
Over the two courses we had in a group of 4 we had several items that never arrived. Which was more frustrating because as soon as the food arrived the wait staff disappeared. Service was poor throughout. Food was ok but nothing to get excited about, and price did not match quality. Wasn’t overly busy but was still loud, presumably the acoustics are bad.
A business lunch for 5 people. Great location & excellent service, food is good but not exceptional.
What really frustrates is that main courses do not come with any accompaniments even at the high prices this place charges.
Staff couldn’t be more friendly. Would highly recommended the Aromatic Duck Curry.
Definitely going back soon.
Gorgeous food and lovely staff. Beautiful surroundings. My only issue was that my teapot let the tea go cold, although if I had spoken up I’m sure I could have got a refill. I’m also slightly surprised that unlimited coffee isn’t included in the price.
Really good lunch. My only complaint was that it was a bit noisy. But maybe I'm getting old...
A delightful experience from the moment we were warmly welcomed at the door. The menu was varied, with a number if options for all tastes, the service was friendly and attentive and the food was well presented, ample and, most importantly, delicious.
The views of Tower Bridge and the river, even on a wet and windy night are beautiful and make the experience complete. I will definitely return when visiting London again.
Nice place to have brunch
Staff friendly and helpful
Had a nice meal, service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Will be back!
The service was very attentive, although the kitchen was a bit slow. Amazing food quality.
Have been to this branch before lunchtime but this was a weekend brunch visit. Seated by the window with a lovely view. Scallops as starter ..superb. We had a matinee performance at The Bridge next door and when we pointed out we were tight on time the serving staff were very good at ensuring we weren't late which was really appreciated
We loved this place! It was an anniversary lunch. We had a prawn cocktail as starter and as main course a salmon and smoked haddock fish cake and one halloumi open sandwich. All the dishes were absolutely delicious!
As side dish we ordered some amazing truffle and Parmesan chips.
Service was well-timed and friendly and the drinks were affordable. We love the very professional waitress Daniela!
In the end they even surprised us with an anniversary cake, candle included!
It was a very satisfying experience, we definitely would recommend the Ivy Tower Bridge to anyone who goes to London.
We had a reservation for 8.30 and were left waiting for 25 minutes with no explanation. Other couples that arrived after us were being seated after we arrived. This seemed to be happening to other guests too. I appreciate sometimes the table isn't ready but we were given no explanation and no apology and not even given the option to sit at the bar so were just waiting whilst being in the way of service and other guests.
The food was ok but the evening had been dampened a bit by this point.
Lovely evening with outstanding food and drinks! Will definitely be visiting again :)
A lovely evening with superb food served by excellent staff
Great restaurant, good staff, prompt service and great food. Stayed for hours after our lunch at the lovely bar! Front of house near main entrance very busy and bit noisy and buzzy, but back of restaurant was bit better for a chatty lunch. Asked to change table on arrival and promptly and happily moved by staff :)
Service was fine and the food was OK. Nothing to write home about. Brunch options were fairly limited in my opinion, I’ve had better brunch at other places for the same £££
It was a great experience. Great stuff and food. Also a perfect view.
Excellent food and service. Superb venue - all in a great experience
Great food. Twice now the service and kitchen have been disappointing. Most recently on 10 Jan my wife and I waited over 30min for our mains. Later, my dessert was served and then my wife didn’t receive hers. She had to wait another 5min for her cheese board to arrive. Which is not great when there are just two of you having a dinner together.
Last time I was there was for my birthday. My wife arrange a cake, but it was delivered to the table while my she was at the ladies. So I sat for 5min with cake by myself.
Overall the place is great. But it doesn’t live up to the Ivy name, and is a questionable choice for a special night out.
Very good food and great service. Highly recommended.
Amazing evening wonderful staff our waiter was so good Salvador So friendly will keep on coming back
We went here for a 21st birthday family dinner, lovely place for a special treat. Buzzy atmosphere, lovely cocktails, great views from our table over the Thames. Lovely.
Food was gorgeous. Duck curry was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. Service was excellent. We loved the flambe of the apple tart, great touch.
Been to the Ivy in Brighton and this place is just as lovely. Such friendly attentive staff which makes such a difference. The service was swift, no pressure to finish and go and the food was beautiful. Do try the duck starter and the smoked salmon starter, good sized portions, then i would really recommend the salmon with broccoli and cream plus the fish cakes with beautiful chunky chips. Unfortunately there was no room for the desserts which was a shame but do also try some cocktails. Looking forward to eating here again. Lovely staff and lovely food, made for a lovely lunch.
Delicious good value dining with helpful attentive staff and great views of the city makes this a great place to eat.
Very lovely welcome and helpful reception.
Was given an excellent table in the window overlooking Tower Bridge.
Attention to detail was very good - a treat brought to the table for my husband's birthday was a nice touch.
Price was what I expected.
Excellent food and service once at table but when we went in we did not find the two girls on reception very professional and on going outside they were skateboarding in the foyer.asked for an ashtray a few times but they had none available!
Always a safe choice to meet with friends, guaranteed good food and service and in a lovely location.
Great location overlooking Tower Bridge and luxury setting. Food was great.
Lovely supper, great food, great wine, great service, thoroughly enjoyable
