   I went to the ivy to celebrate the birthday of two of my best friends. We had the special Menu which was lovely and then we got two cakes to celebrate my friends’s birthdays. Such a great evening! Thank you!

   Disappointing Experience at The Ivy I visited The Ivy yesterday and, while the staff were kind and welcoming, the overall experience was disappointing. The starter sourdough was delicious, but the main course—a beef dish—was paper-thin like salami and had a flavour reminiscent of dried socks. I couldn’t finish it. The sommelier accidentally spilled wine on my phone and the table, yet didn’t offer an apology, which was surprising and unprofessional. As for the crème brûlée, it lacked the signature caramelised sugar top—there was nothing to crack, making it feel unfinished. It simply didn’t feel like The Ivy anymore. They need to seriously reconsider their kitchen standards and service attitude.

   Very beautiful place! Vibes were immaculate and we passed an enjoyable evening here. Food is okay — not bad, but will not blow you away.

   Lovely meal pleasant staff great atmosphere. This is my second visit to this ivy and once again couldn’t fault it.

   I would like to thank the staff at The Ivy Brasserie Soho on their professionalism and overall excellent customer service. First Class. We had the most memorable evening and as it was my wife’s birthday we received a complimentary dessert. Thank you. We will be returning. X

   Lovely place, good food and attentive service. The only negative was the bread and olives; £4.95 for 7 olives is a bit much and was accompanied by an entire loaf. A bit more of a balance would have been nice.

    Still here 3 hours later! Ordered dessert at 9pm. Told it would be here in 15 mins. 40 mins later… still waiting. Slow service and major lack of attention!
