   Food was good, service was a little strange. Our server was fantastic but others incl the maitre d’ who greeted us were borderline hostile…

   Service wasn’t ideal, seemed like we were forgotten a few times. Food was also not great unfortunately. Seems like I’ve had better experiences at other Ivy venues

   Perfect ending to a beautiful Mother’s Day. From the front desk staff to our waitress Jemma, everything was perfect! Jemma was very polite, patient and attentive just what you need when you’re ordering and waiting for your food to arrive. The restaurant was busy but ran smoothly and efficiently, with plenty smiles and nods coming from both staff and other diners. I’d forgotten how much I loved The Ivy and shall be returning more often.

   Slow start with food! However when our sever change was amazing. My mum had a great time x

   Service began friendly enough. But very quickly realised that being seated on the terrace meant a downgraded experience all round. Food was average at best. No ambience. Door out to terrace was permanently shut so felt disconnected from the main restaurant. Service was slow enough, gave up on ordering dessert after being left alone for what felt like an age. Didn’t feel like handing over another £30.00 for dessert for the table to feel like an inconvenience to the staff. Shame the bill didn’t reflect a second class experience. Will be very slow to return.
