   Excellent service, good choice of food, good quality of food and reasonable enough. Staff were very nice and presented me with a little bit cake for my Birthday.

   The Ivy has been mine and my partners go to spot throughout our two and a half years together. And it has seen a lot of celebration and milestones for our relationship. Every time we go, we are greeted with amazing staff and amazing food. I cannot recommend the Wagyu enough, sure it’s an expensive taste but it definitely makes you believe that meat will never taste the same again. Thank you to the staff of the Ivy as well for wishing us a happy anniversary, and for the little cupcake. We are for sure coming back for our 3 year mark.

   The food, drinks and atmosphere were amazing (especially love the chicken Milanase and the tiramisu). But the service let it down. We had booked a table but it took over 20 minutes for our table to be ready. Once seated, we didn’t have enough menus for our group of 7 people, no one paid us much attention and we had to constantly ask a server who was passing by if we could order drinks, food etc. At the end of the meal, we had to chase the bill. It felt like there were too many tables booked for the amount of servers and we were one of the tables that was made to feel invisible.

   Food was excellent and good value but the service was very slow. Drinks took ages to come and when it came to paying the bill, trying to get someone’s attention was difficult and when they left the bill we had to keep trying to get someone’s attention so we could pay.

   Easter Sunday was such a HUGE disappointment 1,000 customers quoted for lunch ,managers arguing with staff STRESSFUL we experienced long delay for service 40 minutes for a glass of wine !! Food served without what was quoted on the menu the roast chicken dinner came with No Stuffing or vegetables and when it was brought to the table the starter had NOT been cleared beforehand , for a high end expensive restaurant we left feeling really HARD done by NOT the experience we had expected for Easter Sunday a total let down
