   Food was unreal and the restaurant is brilliant with a great atmosphere, thought some portions were a bit small but was so worth it definitely recommend.

   We had to wait half an hour for our booked table and as soon as we ordered the dessert they told us that we have to leave the table in 10 minutes. Very disappointed with the service. Never again coming back here

   It was our first time visiting this Ivy Asia in Mayfair we arrived perfectly on time but unfortunately we were 45 minutes late being seated. We did notice in this time walk in bookings being seated before us also which was disappointing. After being seated, we were met by the manager and a member of staff that was serving us that evening. They were very friendly and attentive. They gave us some champagne and some free food which was very much appreciated for the inconvenience. It was really great the staff tried to turn it around for us as these things do happen but just was a shame it happened to be 45 minutes, I didn’t expect this. The food was good and the restaurant very pretty. Overall we had a positive experience and enjoyed our time and would return.

   Food was great. However, our drinks only arrived after we had finished our food - took 50 minutes. To be fair the manager acted appropriately and removed the items from the bill. However, we had asked twice for them and given different reasons each time. Turned out they had misplaced the drinks ticket. When the drinks came we felt we had to finish up quickly. The food was fine as was the ambiance, but it was very difficult to hear ourselves speak where we were sat

   We had the afternoon tea at the Mayfair restaurant. The menu was interesting and the food quality pretty good. It was a decent if not amazing food experience, worth a solid 4 out of 5. The service overall was a little slow, but particularly slow as regards a refill for our jasmine tea. We were told that there was a delay at the bar for all drinks. When we asked for the bill half an hour later, the tea had still not been refreshed. Why on earth does a bar person need to make tea? Just pour some hot water into the pot. That’s 30 seconds, not 30 minutes. Very annoying. Hence only 3 out of 5 for the full experience, which was a bit disappointing.

   Great food - awful service including at the reception when arriving. Drinks and food very slow to arrive and some items didn’t materialise at all. Then were told we had to move because our 2-hour time slot had finished….had the service been normal, we would have finished within the time slot.

   Ivy Asia is a total experience! The food is an amazing mix of Asian flavors, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The service is super attentive and friendly, with staff who really know their stuff. The decor is opulent, the atmosphere is a gentle buzz, and the design is just stunning – it's a feast for all your senses. It's the perfect place to go for a quick lunch!

   It was rude staff specially the manager. I specifically asked for better sitting and something special for my wife's birthday. But they declined and turned their faces away. I will never go and won't recommend

   We had booked a table for 9:00 PM, but we were only seated at 9:45 PM, with no formal apology or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience , not even a symbolic discount. The menu didn’t list all the ingredients in the dishes, which caused an issue with one of the meals that had to be sent back. Instead of handling the situation professionally, we saw, quite visibly, the kitchen staff and some of the waiters complaining about what had happened, which was extremely embarrassing. The only positive note of the evening was our waiter: kind, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
