We had booked a table for 9:00 PM, but we were only seated at 9:45 PM, with no formal apology or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience , not even a symbolic discount. The menu didn’t list all the ingredients in the dishes, which caused an issue with one of the meals that had to be sent back. Instead of handling the situation professionally, we saw, quite visibly, the kitchen staff and some of the waiters complaining about what had happened, which was extremely embarrassing. The only positive note of the evening was our waiter: kind, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
