* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

Beautiful structure and delicious food! The service was spectacular from the moment we arrived. Breathtaking sunset and city views. I would highly recommend for a special occasion or romantic dinner!

Apps and salads=our favorite! The poblano and bean soup, ceviche, and Argula salad to name a few. Our server was almost rude he was so unpleasant. The rest of the staff that came to the table were pleasant, so maybe a bad apple or a bad night. I do feel in comparison to the amazing service we had all over PV this was subpar at best. The place is beautiful and the view is even better. Not one of my favs, but not the worst. I wouldn't recommend it based on food alone.

All the food and service was perfect. Just it being a celebration should have been a table with a view and not in the center of the restaurant.

Beautiful setting in one of the most iconic locations in Puerto Vallarta. Nice ambience and excellent service. Food was delicious, personally will take some tips to prepare the Chile en Nogada. Best one I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve always wanted to go to The Iguana and finally did. It did not disappoint. Beautiful atmosphere, superb service and wonderful food. An added bonus is the history of the iconic Elizabeth Taylor. I would highly recommend.

The restaurant is beautiful, the service is amazing, you really feel like you are stepping back in old Hollywood with all the beautiful pics and decor.

What an amazing experience my wife and I had for our first time diners at your establishment. Amazing value for our money and our waiter was amazing looking after us with white glove service! Food and drinks were above and beyond our expectations! Anybody wanting an upscale dinner and ambience must go this beautiful restaurant!
