Unfortunately our experience wasn’t the best . I think they may have been short on servers and we were waiting a long time for our drinks orders and our food orders to be taken and then once they were it was about 45 mins until the food came out. We had reservations for igloos and there’s a 2 hour time limit and $150 minimum. I expected more for this amount .

Amazing food, service, and ambiance. The kids meals are amazing. Live that it comes with milk and cookies and chocolate sauce, a very cute idea! My family can't wait to go back. The igloo dining was super fun! We really loved the entire experience!

It was a great experience. I love that we were able to connect our phones to the Bluetooth in the igloo. My only complaint is how cold the igloo was even though there was a space heater. I was wearing double socks, boots, double pants and I was still cold. Nonetheless, it was a nice different experience

We dined in an igloo for our son's birthday which was great to a) maintain social distancing, and b) do so in a fun, unique atmosphere. Food and service were both fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

First I would just like to say, we LOVE coming here, and our experience we had last night won’t change that. We did the igloo on 2/14 at 5:00 pm the service was great but there were quite a few issues we all had. First I had told the hostess over the phone to have chocolate covered strawberries and the champagne at our table for us as I spoke to someone on the Instagram account and they said they can do that, it wasn’t there and there was no note about it so we didn’t get it was very disappointed. Secondly those igloos or at least the one we were in was absolutely freezing the “heater” did nothing and yes I realize we went on a very cold day but we were under the impression that they were heated, we all had to keep our jackets on along with hats and gloves. Third because it was so cold our light kept going out so we had to keep getting up and Messing with it. Fourth the second the food got to us it was basically ice cold and yes once again I realize we were outside. But having to spend $150 minimum to then have ice cold food was a huge disappointment to all of us. The fries on the trio and that came with another person’s chicken sandwich were not edible as they were hard. Fifth another person in our group ordered the Mac n cheese to bring home and his chicken was raw. I attached a photo of it. Overall we all agreed that in temps this cold there should be an option for a plan B, heck the outside patio was warmer than the igloo. Like way warmer. Service 10/10 he was great, food 5/10 as it just got way too cold way too fast 3.5/10 for the overall experience unfortunately. We will definitely come back as we love dinning here, but just wanted to share our experience so in the future maybe it can be adjusted. Thank you, Ashley

We booked the Igloos for a birthday celebration. This is the first time we have gone to any restaurant in the past year especially with our kids. When we arrived, inside the restaurant they were very busy. (I am glad we were in the igloo) The table wasn't ready when we arrived so we did have to wait a few minutes. When we got outside to the igloo, it was very cute inside and clean. We recommend that they put two heaters in each igloo because it was very cold and only the guests sitting by the heaters were warmer (still cold). When you opened the door and because they don't completely close at the bottom, cold air really rushes in and one heater could not keep up. We still enjoyed being in a private igloo and would go back on a warmer day. The food was very good. The one thing that upset us the most was the service. Our waiter was very slow. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks and we only had 2 hours. He told us it was because he was busy with bottle service in the other two igloos but that shouldn't effect us or be given as an excuse. We had to go inside and look for our waiter to finally get our drinks. Also when the kitchen delivered our food they opened the igloo door and left open when they were serving the food so it let all the heat out each time. Again I would go back because it was nice to have a private option, especially this year but overall the experience was just okay.

The igloo was great however w/the temps so low it would have been nicer to have a better heater in the igloo or more than the one it was barely noticeable & it was COLD! Otherwise our waiter was GREAT & food was good, igloo was super cute!
