   This was our first visit to Hope Farm. We would have to say that this is the best of the best. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were impressed. We stated that we had a reservation at the desk. Instead of asking our name (as is the usual case), the greeter stated our name. We were immediately seated, and in a few minutes the server was there with a warm greeting and eagerness to serve us. The kitchen servers were also very friendly and also eager. The food was of the very highest quality and full of fresh delight. Hope Farm is a food treasure created by chefs who are in a class by themselves and served by people who are grateful you are on their turf. Let's not forget the cocktails and suggested pairings. The bar staff are also masters of their trade. This is by far our favorite!!!!

   The chicken Ballantine and shrimp were excellent. Not quite sure why there was no reservation availability prior to 8:15. Mostly vacant tables when we arrived. Still quiet enjoyable.

   Had a table for six…everything was perfect! I was impressed with the menu and freshness of ingredients…but most importantly, the food was hot when it arrived for all of us. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and suggested a number of appetizers…all excellent! We finished the meal with the best Baked Alaska that I have ever had!

   Met the owner tonight with our first time dining with them. Everything was great and the staff was wonderful along with the owner. Overall, very welcoming and food was delicious.

    What a special place! The cocktails are something special and the food is exceptional. Menu had a variety of options!
