So sad to see this once great Club fall into complete disarray. The food presentation rivals your average Longhorn steakhouse, and the service is less than an Applebee's.

Tonight service was a miss. Unfortunately I had guests with me, so not a good look for the club Attention to our table was missing. Almost like they forgot us all night.

As usual the staff is very accommodating and the ambiance is lovely. And the food has been so good of late. But last night we ordered 3 petit filets and one hamburger and not one was cooked correctly. We sent one back and muddled through the other 3. They were all ordered rare-medium rare and all came well done. It seemed like the line cook just got distracted and left them all on too long. It was very disappointing. We think the meat needs to be checked before it leaves the kitchen and/or better oversight on the grill part of the line. Thanks.

A Ruben sandwich should always be served on rye bread, pumpernickel/rye is actually preferred. Unfortunately it was served on white bread.

The noise level is a bit much! Couldn’t hear people sitting across the table from me. Serving staff was fabulous. Bartender even came to the table and asked if my drink was good!!
