   Devin was our server and she was fantastic! Very attentive & full of personality! The food was delicious. We ordered the short rib potstickers. Wow! The blackened fish tacos were full of flavor. Highly recommend.

   The three dishes we ordered were delicious and had beautiful presentation. I would like warmer/ hot temperature for my food, but that’s all. Also, great team. The staff does well in complimenting your selection as if it were the best. I like it, it’s kind, but also agree. Been here several times and nothing has disappointed.

   The food was delicious. Even the house wine was delicious. It took quite a while for us to give our order, so I would have appreciated a quick check in to say they'd be back for us. We started to feel forgotten, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

    The food was really great. I recommend the pretzel balls, the beef short rib dinner and the key lime brûlée tart for dessert. It sounds weird but it is really delish! I also got the mac and cheese but it was kind of dry so would skip that in the future. I will definitely go back to The Henry though. It was a great experience.

    So so so goooooood!!! The crispy tuna is the best thing ever. I got the French toast too and it’s good every time. I always get the bacon + blue cheese Bloody Mary and it hits the spot ever time.

    It is so loud inside, poor acoustics, it is hard to hear the person next to you talking. Food is fair, breakfast menu needs more! I like the look of the restaurant so we go there with guests in town but nobody ever likes the food, ever. Sorry, just being brutally honest. Coffee bar is always good.

    The Henry is a gem. Their personable servers make you feel genuinely welcomed. On this visit, our server Patrick was knowledgeable about both the food and the wine, and enthusiastic as well. Delicately prepared Petrale sole, Umami Brussel sprouts and short rib potstickers in a zesty sauce were all good choices. Desserts are sumptuous: a chocolate cheesecake and a fine Key Lime Creme Brûlée set us up for the evening. My only quibble is the noise level. The inside booth tables are wide, and one has to shout to be heard. Outside tables might be better, even with a little street noise.

    One of the very few restaurants that checks ALL the boxes. We have been to The Henry a handful of times and tried various menu items including appetizers, salads, steak, salmon and their desserts. Every item we have ever ordered was 10/10. The best part though…they actually staff their restaurant properly and the service has always been exceptional!( Very hard to come by in SD) We will continue to come back and bring friends and family!

    We had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner at The Henry. The Scottish Salmon and the Braised short Ribs were both delicious. We sat outside under a heater which was great as the inside is noisy. Also the Henry House Salad was wonderful. We can't wait to go back.

    The food was absolutely fantastic, but the service was what really impressed me. Our server was amazing, and it was great to see the manager helping out since we went on Mother's Day. I would definitely recommend especially the Sangria!

    Love, love, love The Henry! We did lunch on May 12, 2023. The club sandwich, chicken sandwich, truffle fries, pretzel bites with cheese, and the chicken avocado salad were wonderful.     We ordered the $50 seafood platter appetizer. The grilled shrimp was hard and rubbery and the spicy tuna tasted like bland pink paste. The pina colada/strawberry margarita cocktail tasted like an artificially flavored, cloyingly sweet children’s fruit drink. The sole smelled fishy upon arrival and was mushy - as though it had been breaded and baked a day before, then warmed over. The bolognese was bland and required a heavy salting. The waitress was apologetic and quick to replace the sole with an adequate Korean flank steak dish. This restaurant is highly overpriced and overrated.

    Last night was my first time coming to the Henry and had a great experience. Sterling did an outstanding job. He was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable of the food and wine. I tried the short rib potstickers which I’m already excited to come back and have again. My main dish was the skirt steak that hit the spot as well. Thank you Sterling for a wonderful experience.     Our party of four really enjoyed dining here. The tortilla soups was very good and the (recommended) Korean strip steak was praised by two diners. The potstickers were also very good. We'll be back (the burger looked really good!)
