We asked to sit on the patio for dinner. It was a lovely summer evening and the view of the lake, the golf course, and the rolling hills was outstanding! The service was prompt, the food was hot and tasty, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning soon!

We've been to the Hawkeye Bar & Grill several times and have never been disappointed. The food is always very good and the service is excellent. I will continue to go back whenever I'm in Cooperstown.

Our experience was the best yet and we have been coming annually for over 15 years. The service was wonderful, the live music over by the fire pit area was perfect in terms of music choice and volume level. You can't beat the location and scenery of course, but it is great when the service and food match that too. A+ Otesaga!

What a wonderful experience sitting in perfect weather overlooking the lake in Cooperstown. Who would’ve believed that a burrata and peach pizza would be so delicious!? And, of course, Clayton was his usual exceptional server self. A delightful experience!

The setting on the patio is beautiful. My miso halibut was outstanding. The prime rib was just ok. It was what you'd get a banquet or wedding. Just meh. Had to send back our martinis. How do you screw up a martini? We switched to a Pinot Noir which was perfect. A lot of families and too many screaming kids running around unattended. I expected better for such a high end establishment.

Nice casual place to eat where you can eat inside in a pub atmosphere or on the patio overlooking the lake. The food is excellent and the servers are friendly.
