   Had an 8:45pm reservation. Arrived at 8:35. Waited in a long line to check in. Seated immediately then waited an hour for our waitress to take our drink order. That being said, we ordered food at the same time because we weren’t sure how long it would be before she returned to us. Drinks came out in 15 minutes (the surf’s up was great) but food took another 30 minutes. By this time, it was lukewarm. A great band played. We visit different establishments each time we’re in town just for this band. I would return but not so late for dinner.

   This was my Husband and I first time at The Hangout so we didn’t know what to expect. However, we Thoroughly enjoyed Everything. The live entertainment was phenomenal, the service was great, the food was delicious, the ambiance was great. We would highly recommend this restaurant. We will eat here again when in town. 😊❤️

   Love the atmosphere, service, food and the entertainment was awesome. This is an ideal place for the entire family and friends.

   Portions of food are amazing! atmosphere is contagious and exciting. staff are all very enthusiastic and kind. be ready to get out of your comfort zone!!

   Such a fun experience with my family! it’s definitely kid friendly my 9 year old had a blast! Food was excellent as well as service!!

   We made reservations for 100 people and verified with laurel who is one of the managers that we would all be seated at tables adjoining each other. Upon arrival that was not the case and after expressing the concerns to management, they seemed to have cared less. This is our second year doing this with our cheer team and we will not be back next year. We spent months planning this team gathering only to have “policy changes” from the hangout change without any communication. The food was overpriced and of poor quality also. Sorry we bought approx $4,000 worth of business to this poorly managed and mediocre establishment.

   Not a place for toddlers or older folks …..way too loud and chaotic.

   My family had an amazing time. Food was great drinks were worth it. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit.
