With a menu that changes weekly based on what is in season, our New American cuisine takes the farm to table movement to new heights with much of the dairy and produce coming from the owner's farm. We’ve been to the Half Note twice and highly recommend it. The Music is outstanding. The Musicians never dissapoint. The food is incredible. We highly recommend the Gnocchi!

I would like to review The Half Note, unfortunately when we arrived for our reservation we arrived to locked doors. Apparently the restaurant wasn’t open due to “staffing problems” that we only found out about when we called a sister restaurant. No one at The Half Note thought it necessary to email or call and inform us though we had had those reservations for some time. This is unfortunate, we had all wanted to eat there.

Great music! Nice menu selections. Friendly owner and host. Very lively atmosphere the night we were there We enjoyed our dinner selections. And dessert. We will go back.

While some of the kinks are still being worked out, this was a very enjoyable experience. The menu is still a work in progress but the choices they have are all very well prepared and creative. The jazz club setting is amazing. You forget you are in Greenport. Great escape! Based on the passion of the management, I can only see this memorable spot getting better over time!
