   Excellent food and friendly service in a beautiful building. Little too noisy and cramped, but was a Saturday afternoon and am glad it's so popular.

   The provider at South London Gallery has changed since last we were there and was slightly disappointed to see the menu has simplified somewhat. Still, we had a good breakfast (I had the 'Habit' and enjoyed their homemade baked beans - although olive oil instead of butter for the toast is a bit weird) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My friend and I did end up leaving earlier than we'd planned though, because there was a really noisy baby at the table next to us. But that's luck of the draw.

   Very nice brunch meal at lovely location. Food menu is nicely curated, coffee is delish, great selection of cakes, and beautiful garden!

   Restricted menu. White wine not chilled even though I asked if it was and was told yes. Coffee machine turned off before we finished our meal.

   The Habit in the South London Gallery is a cosy cafe divided into two rooms - one facing the front and street and the other overlooking the beautiful back garden through large class windows. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a weekend brunch or lunch. The service is good for the most part with friendly staff. However, on this specific occasion, it took 45 minutes for our drinks and good to be served to us. Upon enquiring with the server, we discovered that our order hadn't been placed with the kitchen to begin with. This was quite disappointing as everyone around us was receiving their food and even leaving the cafe before we were even served. The service staff didn't make any special effort to apologise or compensate us for the long wait. I'd still recommend this cafe for its beautiful atmosphere. However, I hope that the service improves in future.

   Sat outside in the sunshine eating delicious pancakes with rhubarb. Good service. Will be going back.

   A fantastic breakfast in a lovely location. The staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was great.

    Lovely venue and friendly staff. Food was average and expensive. Very salty. Better for brunch than dinner
