Exceptional Service. Drinks was Amazing and food was good. Thought it would be bigger inside. Its kind of cramped. Not much room for table side. Chair was hit at least 4 times by server's and table side chef's and carts. Paid over 300.00. Was good but for the money won't travel again. Recommended for thinner people. Might be more comfortable. I'm a Chef in the business for over 30years. Being cramped up takes away the whole experience to me.
Literally the best service we’ve ever had. Sadly, we forgot our servers name but he was wonderful and extremely attentive! Even moved my water glass for me sometimes so it would not fall. Drinks were exceptional and everything was delicious l. I recommend this place for special occasions to impress a date, family or friends!
The whole experience was amazing! Everyone was amazing, food was the best ever! Can’t wait to come back!
We decided to go on a date to the H and it did not dissapoint. The food was amazing! Great service and ambiance!
So as a young and stylish woman, they wouldn’t let me in because my top was “too revealing”. But there were women inside the place with their boobs out and mini skirts. (I was wearing PANTS!). We had reservations and the door guy told me and my party of 5 we couldn’t come in. We asked to speak to a manager. While waiting outside like peasants, 3 other people with sandals, denim shorts and t-shirts were let in. My entire group were dressed in dresses, heels and button down shirts.
The manager, came outside about 10 feet away, looked at me.. looked at the door guy and said “nope” then went back inside. She didn’t even COME TALK TO US!!!! It was so rude and we felt so terrible about ourselves.
My friend went and grabbed a sweater for me. The H made me wear it the entire time while inside. Mind you, this place is packed inside and it’s 100 degrees in Florida right now. I was sweating. I was miserable.
I understand dress code. But I was literally wearing an entire designer outfit costing upwards of $3000. I wasn’t dressed poorly. But I was treated as such.
It took a full 20 minutes to even get greeted at our table and to get some water. Food was delicious, though.
Hello, unfortunately the experience you stated in your review was not accurate. Your party was stopped at the door due to a top a guest was wearing, which was a beach bikini top. The guest was stopped by security for the top and he explained to the guest they need to find a cover for the top. The assistant manager went to the door and explained that to the party and guest as well. The party came back with a half sweater covering the top and were allowed in. Our dress code is strictly enforced.
Desserts were bland but beautifully presented...a vodka tonic runs $14, but you get a "Turkish wipe" upon getting your check. Place is more hype than substance for the price.
En realidad no es un steakhouse! Cortes de una calidad muy pobre mal cortados!
Un lugar precioso un buen servicio pero si quiero buscar carnes no es el lugar
I really wanted to like this place. There is a huge hype surrounding it. Unfortunately, hype is all. The drinks were good, but priced at $18 a piece. The waiter asks to take your appetizer and entrees order right at the beginning. Which meant our scallop entree came out cold from most likely sitting while we finished our octopus appetizer ($20 and just okay). The pappardelle pasta on the cheese wheel ($33) was possibly the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. Before being served, the already sauced pasta is thrown on a sea of butane on top of a Parmesan wheel. The pasta ended up tasting like butane. The waiter finally came to check on us and we were able to get the scallops and pasta removed from our bill. The manager attempted to make it right, but to be honest, we didn’t want to sit for another hour for subpar food and a waiter to ignore our empty drink glasses. Overall the experience was disappointing, we still spent over $100 and left hungry. I’m not sure we will return.
We get the Tomahawk steak, Lobster, Scallops, Pappardelle made from scratch with shrimp prepared on an aged parmesan wheel, octopus and crab cake appetizers, carmelized pear and chocolate dome dessert.
All well worth it, it was all delicious!
Really enjoyable dining experience. It’s more worth it to
We dined here for my mom’s birthday and it was a marvelous experience. Staff is incredible! Everyone is so attentive and polite. Food… it was delicious! We would definitely make this a tradition! We loved the slow cooked short ribs.
Luigi and our server were top noch👌🏻
We sat outside idk what but they were just off. Our waiter just the right amount of bougie & informative. Way too many casually dressed patrons for our liking. Also, outdoors you will be joined by smokers.
This place is very overpriced. This is Orlando not Miami LOL! Their service e reflects that as well! Bartenders are definitely uneducated and from Orlando😳 Service is mediocre at best. Definitely not worth it, but then again it’s in the publix plaza in Orlando...🤷🏼♀️ Oceans prime and Eddie Vs are chains but way better!!! And if you’re looking for a unique and quality place...chathams place!!!!!! Don’t waste your time here!
Great place and energy!
We were a group of 5, we all order drinks 3 of them came quickly but for the other two they took about an hour. Spoke to the manager, she sent another waiter and nothing, another 30mins. Good ambience but very poor service.
Services and presentation was great
Date night with my wife. Quality of the steak was not as advertised. At best it’s a Publix cut. Pastrami Brisket was more like 4 Rivers BBQ with no qualities resembling pastrami seasoning. Champagne they offer at beginning of service was warm. Server/ dining room attendant spilled an entire large tray behind my wife, so wine was spilled on her amd glass went everywhere. They offered to move our table and/or dessert. A place of this stature should do more. Also, they allow smoking on their patio and in front of the restaurant entrance where valet is. Not appreciated or appropriate in post Covid era. Frankly it’s trashy. Wine list was uninspiring with mostly big house names of 100,000 case producers. I digress, we will not return as there are too many competing options in Orlando that are superior.
It was my husband’s and I first time The food was delicious and the service was great. We will be back. Highly recommend.
Felt amazing and service was super quick! Great place to celebrate our engagement!!
The food, service and atmosphere are excellent, however the wines are over priced compared to comparable restaurants in the area. They have a some great wines on their list but be prepared to pay more than what you are accustom to.
All good !! Not to complaining
One of the best meals we have had in Orlando. Every detail was perfect!
Love the H. Goto date place guaranteed.
Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday and we loved everything! The food and the service are top notch! We will return.
Everything was Excellent!
I do wish is was in a different location, not in a strip mall next to a supermarket. A restaurant of that caliber should be in a different space attached with a gorgeous view NOT the parking lot.
As always, the food, service, and environment were fantastic. This place is exceptional in every way.
I’ve never written a review on here but this is the one. This place is the definition of trash. It was my birthday and I arrived at 11:30. little did I know that the menu changes after 11. Which they should say or have on here for people to know. The menu was small and they didn’t even have what we wanted on the late night menu which makes 0 sense. They sat us outside which was fine because the inside was extremely loud which again is fine but it’s like they forgot about us outside. Our drinks took over 30mins to arrive. In which my wife had to get up and tell our server that it was my birthday and to please not forget about us because it was a special night. Then once we got our food. It was horrible and extremely small. I must of ate the coldest linguine I have ever ate in my life. And it was supposed to have octopus in it and it had 0 octopus. Then to top off the whole night the server I’m guessing to make up for the horrible service decides to bring me a glass of champagne since I didn’t want to order a dessert because I wanted to just get out there. So then once I get the champagne with a candle that doesn’t light up when they had a million sparklers In there going off comes, she brings me the check and charges me $12 for the champagne.. like I tried to get the managers attention, by waving at him and trying to call him over outside where he could hear me, and he looked directly at me and walked away. Just note I was prepared to spend a lot of money here. And immediately just wanted to leave. As someone who’s ate at mom and pop restaurants and also Michelin star restaurants all over the world this place doesn’t care. Again I’m sorry I’ve never done this but it had to be done.
I was routing for this restaurant and it made my choice regretful….the food was good but it was cold and the person who was assigned to server my party never checked on us, failed to advise they were out of a menu item and I had to remind him of our drinks…this was my birthday dinner and I was not impressed at all. The drink came out with our checks….yes with our checks I had my cold dinner with WATER….. I would give it a try again in the future as I’ve heard such great things of this place.. Hope I will have a better experience.
Great location. Nice ambiance. Great services and most of all attention to detail. LOVE IT!
Absolutely a best in Central Florida meal. Our valet was terrific. Our table was ready for us on time. The meal began with a champagne cart from which we had brut rose. Cocktail list is wonderful. Appetizer highlights were Wagyu beef sushi and a Halloumi cheese salad. We devoured the whole Branzino and a wild mushroom side. For dessert, a Turkish custard with hazelnuts. Expert service. Good value for a premier dining experience.
The main issue: food was not great and it was cold.
Our dinner was incredible. It was also a very unique experience. We can’t wait to come back and bring friends!
Being a foodie from Chicago, this restaurant is in the top 5
It was great
excelente ambiente y maravillosa la comida, recomendamos este restaurante.
We made reservations for 9:15PM, we arrived at 8:45PM, checked in and advised we will wait at the bar for out table. At 9:30 the hosted passed by us and I said “excuse me”, she turned and said “yeah, yeah” and kept walking. 10 minutes later a different hostess came over and advised they were getting out table ready. At 9:50 she took us to a table that was in between 2 big tables food of please. The table was inaccessible because their pasta cart and steak cart were servicing the big tables. She then asked us to wait until they’re were done with the show for us to seat. I asked for a different table.
Waited 10 minutes for them to clean a table.
When we were finally seated we ordered our favorite appetizer the Beef Negimaki, we were later told that they were out. We were really hungry and decided to skip the appetizer and order our entree. I ordered the Ribeye and my husband ordered the pasta. A few minutes later we were told they were out of Ribeye.
The service was awful.
The drinks and ambiance were good.
We arrived right on time for our reservation but our table wasn’t ready. We were told it would take 15 mins, which was frustrating but nevertheless we waited at the bar and ordered drinks. It was close to 30 mins before we were able to sit down. The manager did come over and apologized about the wait. We did state that if the roles were reversed (according to the stipulations in making a reservation through here), we would have been charged a penalty and our table would’ve been given away. The manager stated that she wasn’t going to kick anybody out that every party had a right to be there for as long as they need to be. Which is understandable why would they kick them out, but that’s not the appropriate response to someone that has a reservation and has been waiting patiently. It would’ve been better if she would’ve said let me see if I can find another table or drinks are on the house without going into those details. I understand it was a busy night, so I calm down my group and waited. Once we sat down we had an amazing server, Mauwi? I’m sorry if I butchered his name. He was kind, patient and very accommodating. The manager did state that she was going to comp appetizers, which was greatly appreciated. The Wagyu appetizer was phenomenal, truly recommend that one over the other appetizers that we had. Then we have the pappardelle with a side of oyster mushrooms which was incredible. We love the tableside show when they were preparing our pastas. Also the drinks were great especially the smoked old fashion and No. 88. And then the desserts especially the Jasper pear, brilliantly done. Especially with a semi sweet Turkish coffee it ended the experience just right. Overall the food and the attention from the staff including the manager, completely made up for the 30 minute wait. We will definitely come back for more. Seriously keep up the good work with the amazing food you are providing!
Highly disappointed. Would not recommend if you are a steak connoisseur
PROS: The atmosphere is really nice. The glass of wine my girl got and cocktail that I got were really good.
CONS: We waited over an hour to get our food. The quality of food (primarily steaks and sides). We got the bone-in ribeye and NY strip so I honestly can’t knock any of the other entrees. I’ve been to plenty of steakhouses and CAN honestly say the quality of these steaks weren’t the best. The ribeye was 90% fat and not edible. I tried chewing every single piece and could barely even cut through with the knife. Ribeyes are supposed to have marbled fat, not 90%. The choices of sides are really limited. We tried the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and carrots. All three were very very mediocre (not expecting much).
Overall: I would pay $200+ for a dinner any day of the week… if it’s worth it. This place is not worth the price. As mentioned before, we didn’t try the other entrees so I can’t say if they’re good or not. Just highly disappointed in the steaks we got. The atmosphere and drinks are good for a night out.
