It was unfortunate that we came for the table side service but the two pasta dishes were all sold out. We had to accommodate and order something else on the menu. It would have been nice to have other pasta selections that could be done without the table side service at least. Or to notify those with reservations that items on the menu are sold out before they arrive.
Our reservation was for 8:30pm. After being seated we waited an hour and 12 minutes before we could get a glass of wine. Our waiter seems as though he did not want to be at work. He was grumpy and rude. There were maybe 5 things available on the menu to chose from as they were sold pint of most things Our food was cold, my mom was celebrating her birthday and all we wanted was warm steak and some warm asparagus. The experience was horrible, the manager came to our table and was very condescending. They were not welcoming as if we didn’t belong. I would never dine at the H again. Maybe they have an particular customer base and we were not it..

Very bad experience! We have been there numerous times and made a reservation a month in advance for my husbands birthday, our anniversary. Hired a limo driver to bring 4 - first timer friends along with us- an hour drive from Orlando. The table was in the pathway of all wait staff and everyone else in the restaurant- table 21- we requested another table but were told it would be an hour wait. The management tried to make amends with glasses at champagne. Then 2 of our guest got their food and one was done eating before they finally brought the pasta wheel - which was too close to the table because of the pathway. They caught the chair on fire and it flew up on one of our guest dresses- luckily- no injury. But the waiter argued with her telling her it did not hit her. Then 10-12 mins later my husbands and another guest Tomahawk steak finally came out. We were so very embarrassed, disappointed and in disbelief!!! The management kept apologizing and did their best to make amends to a disaster of a night!! When 6 wait staff is hovering over the expo window there is an obvious problem in the kitchen that needed to addressed first and foremost. Simply tell the guest- we are short staff and it will be an unusual wait but never bring one or two dishes to a table of 6 -where they were completely done before the rest of us got our food!!! It appears this restaurant has gone from that small, quaint, excellent service to a typical - pack as many numbers in as you can establishment. Only recommend a party of 2 -4 for this restaurant

Came here to celebrate Orr Father’s Day with my family and omg the beat food ever! Even the chicken tenders were the beat my kid has ever had and the filet mignon was the best I’ve ever had!
I went here for my 25th birthday. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. There was complimentary valet which made getting to the door a lot easier in high heels lol. Server was great! Food delicious! The manager was fantastic, she checked on us occasionally during our dining. It turned into a night club later in the evening which was interesting.
Very expensive for a fatty tomahawk. Great environment but food was not good.
We arrived and the restaurant was empty, music way too loud,
First bad think starter when they forgot about our bread,
Second, they forget about our food( we waited for 1h and 20 min for the food), was a big table next to us and was 4or 5 servers around that table but we were ignored.
They come way after us but they received the food way before us.
Third, when we ask where is our food server was rood he said the other table got the food first because they didn't have appetizers.
When the food came my husband state was raw ( blue ) he orders medium ( you can take they rash the food out because we complained about the wait time.
When food comes no utensils ( my husband cut the steak with the butter knife)
The manager saw our body language and that we not happy but the come only we said we leaving.

The previous time we went to The H was before the remodel. At that time it was more intimate and the service was very memorable. This time around we were left like there was an element missing. We know the times we are living in that it is hard to find help or staff in the restaurant industry. When you pride yourself on the service, ambiance and amazing food then it should all align together with the training of the staff. Do not get me wrong our server Kyle was amazing and he did his job exceptional. It was the accumulation of things like the wait time for our table even though we booked ahead of time and still waited 45 mins to be seated. That should be trained with the host and management team to stagger the tables correctly so reservations does not have a wait time like that. Then when we hear that the kitchen staff is crashing that should be addressed with the upper management to really dive into that get it situated. Once we got the food my Hanger Steak was delicious and cooked to the right temperature. My friend ordered his Medium and got rare so they sent it back. In a short time they return with the same ribeye which we were shocked it was cooked that fast to get to medium. When my friend asked the Server's helper if this was medium when he cut into it to show him which was still rare....his response "I don't know Boss what you ordered" in a real condescending way. So he asked him to take it back please and let it sit on the grill longer. The third time another person brought it out and it was finally to the right temperature. Kyle was great on fixing the mistake and offering suggestions with the desert menu and drink pairings. With this expansion and the popularity that The H has received should also showcase all that it has to offer...this was probably just an off night, but like stated before we left not fully satisfied with this restaurant.
Reservations were at 7, ate at ten and left at eleven. Waiter let us know from the beginning that I was only allowed to bring one bottle of wine. Then later because of the delay he conceded to open a second one and told me he would wave the corkage fee because of the delay, this did not happen. For time, the wait and the price, there are much better restaurants in the area. Food was not outstanding, ran out of certain items. Don’t think we’ll be back.

I would NOT recommend their brunch to anyone! It’s $70 and there’s no eggs or bacon on the menu. They offer you 1 round of items that are unlimited. But they are all cold. When sitting down we were told the second round was unlimited only to find out when re-ordering it actually was not. There’s no drinks included in the $70. And had it not been for the filet I would have left hungry. Nothing about that menu says brunch. The chef of doing wayyyyyy too much and overthinking what people desire for a brunch. I do not recommend. The DJ was great however he only had 3 people to play too. Everyone who came in looked at the menu and left.

This place by far is one the best restaurants Ive ever dine at . From the ambience, music, food, and the whole dinning experience. Youll be sure to enjoy yourself for any occasion. I ordered a tomahawk steak for my wife and I and the presentation while being served was great. The drinks were true to its taste as described. The H is 5star restaurant. Will definitely be back!!! Too noise. The steak was not cooked properly. I mentioned numerous times I was not able to eat gluten and the servers still brought out dishes with gluten ingredients. Way overpriced.

The portion size of the mushroom risotto is laughable $30 for possibly a cup of rice and barely any mushrooms for a mushroom risotto. No flavor, no cheese, server didn’t even offer cheese and we had to ask. My linguini edge mar had 4 or 5 shrimp which was fine and tasted good. Suppose to have octopus and got 3 pierces smaller than the cherry tomato halves that were there. My pasta was barely warm and some of the linguine was stuck together. Scallop dish was about $30 as well and it was 3 u10 scallops…seriously…laughably. I get 3 as an appetizer at the palm and it’s only $20 roughly. The drinks were good when the server actually came to check on us but overpriced compared to anywhere else. And that’s another thing we saw our server 3 times. Once I the Behring to get drinks and order, when we called for him cuz we needed more drinks and then out check. Never came to check on us or ask us how our food was or if we needed cheese for our 2 risotto and 1 pasta dish. Must be because we didn’t order the high price steaks they have $400 for a gold leaf tomahawk…only to those who have small wieners and want to show off. We saw one of the back serves clearing out food more than our server and she asked if we wanted more drinks. Another dumb back server cleared my empty drink glass and walked off and didn’t ask if I wanted another high price drink even tho I did…had 3. The old manager didn’t come to my table of 4 with a $300 check but did visit the 2 guys who got New York strips who came after us with 2 beers which is about $130. Thanks for the service l hope you had a great vacation in turkey while I had horrible food and service. All In all the place looks fabulous but for service and food quality and flavor and portions I will never return and discourage others to not waste their time. I am a hotel sous chef and know the service and quality and even quantity of food counts.

Beautiful decor, sophisticated ambience, and wonderful food. My husband and I are new to the area and chose The H to celebrate our 18th anniversary. From start to finish, the staff was attentive and charming. I cannot say enough good things about the food - everything was amazing from presentation to last bite. My one complaint is the care given to food allergies. Although I noted my tree nut allergy on my reservation and told my server upon ordering, we found tree nuts in both desserts we ordered that were not listed in the menu descriptions. Luckily I found them before consuming! I would have preferred the offer to bring another dish without tree nuts sprinkled on top but instead finished my meal with a plain scoop of ice cream. People with food allergies - be aware you need to look out for yourself here.
