   Excellent service with our waiter-very attentive and brought us a brownie with ice cream and candle to celebrate my Birthday. Food was very good and the restaurant was not too loud or dark. This was our first time going to this location-will be going back again soon!

   So excited to realize there is a Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen so close to our new home. As regular patrons at other locations, we are big fans and excited to establish a new home base!

   I asked for an additional shrimp to top my salad. I got exactly 4 small shrimp. I just felt that if your going to have a protein available for an additional cost to add to a dish that it should be at least 3-4 ounces.

   Our service was excellent. Timely and not overbearing. Very professional. The food was great, but there’s room for improvement, especially given the prices. Lemony pasta needed more lemon, but my salmon was cooked perfectly to order. The fried okra was a great treat.

   Ordered the blackened chicken salad only to receive blah unseasoned grilled chicken. Manager offered us dessert but if I could eat dessert why would I be ordering a chicken salad? 😅

    I’ve only eaten at the Grove about a hundred times. Usually we go to the Bee Cave location. They are all great and this new one has this spectacular patio in the trees. It’s always been good but this night my food was a bit cold and it happens. I usually get the Bolognese so I know what to expect.
