From the get-go, our goal has been to provide a casual place where Austinites and visitors could enjoy great wine and food. We hope our customers appreciate and enjoy what we do. It truly is a labor of love. We’re always trying to stay on top of our game and make things even better, but we never lose sight of the initial idea that wine and food are for everyone to enjoy. Cheers - Beth, Matt and Reed

The salmon was the best that I have ever had! Enjoyed the wine samplers as well.
It was a great restaurant. I wouldn't say the food was spectacular, but we really enjoyed it.
Food was good, service was okay, i always had to stop a waitress for service at my table. When asking questions I felt rushed.
Wonderful food and service
Great food. Accommodated food allergies well. I love this place.
We had our nephew visit from Chicago and brought our two dogs. We all had a wonderful evening. Excellent service with attention to service and cleanliness! We will be back.
Helpful from start to finish. Felt very safe eating on deck and was delicious!
Really nice, low-key place with a solid menu of delicious lighter options from pizzas to fish dishes and pastas. My entree was delicious - the Halibut - and seemed to be a 600-700 calorie meal. This is really handy when you are trying to watch your weight but still would like a nice dining experience. The patio overlooking Shoal Creek was perfect at 7PM; the crowd was very pleasant, heavily younger people, but a nice mix of ages including several retired couples. I dinged the service one star because our server left us unattended for quite awhile. However, she was very pleasant (and apologetic) and overall we had a wonderful evening.
We had Sunday brunch there... the plates were pretty large for the price, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was awesome... definitely recommend 😍
Perfect outdoor dining spot downtown - where you don't feel like you're downtown. Quiet, pretty & the perfect brunching beats.
We were seated outside on the patio, which was wonderful, as we didnt want to sit near others especially during covid-19. Let me say, first the Food was excellent and our waitress was superb. However, though the outside patio wasn't crowded upon our arrival, it did get pretty crowded halfway during our meal. I felt the Tables were not placed far enough apart and there were some pretty large groups surrounding our table. Secondly, we noticed a young man (I'm assuming a manager) walking around to greet everyone and asking if they needed anything.... except for our table. We watched him greeting, smiling and talking to everyone at their tables, thinking he'll make his way to ours as well. Unfortunately, he walked right past us and we weren't even acknowledged. I dont want to sound ugly, however, we were the only table of color, and the only table he didnt greet..... just saying. Overall, the service, food and ambience was nice.
Wonderful service, food and drinks!!!
Brussel sprouts are fire! Great service.
We had such a wonderful evening. The Service and food was amazing. This has just become our little go to place that we both love!
Always consistently great with service and food / drinks.
Great for brunch
Great food and service as always!
Abby, our sever, was great! Food was delicious. No wait time. :)
The scallops were insane, wine selection very nice, unique.
Came with excellent wine recommendation
I had halibut & my husband had pizza
Both very tasty
Excellent food service ambiance. Great wine
Great gluten green salmon salad with gluten free crispy onions
This is a favorite of ours because of the quality of both food and service. Manager Daniel came to table and visited - more than the polite hello, he really wanted to know how we felt.
Grove needs to step it up. They are a suburb restaurant in a downtown city. Time to take it the next level....!
A very well run location with an excellent outdoor patio by the creek. Food is always well prepared and the staff is friendly and attentive. Taking COVID seriously and runs the operation smartly and in a relaxed way as well. You can tell experienced hands are at the controls here. Highly recommend.
Great food, friendly staff and excellent wine selection!
My first trip back to The Grove downtown ATX in this post-COVID weirdness breach of the time-space continuum. The food was great, drinks were good, service was OK. The food: Texas Redfish ceviche, a unique recipe of the Mexican appetizer. Lots of super fresh veggies, a bit of jalapeno for some heat, and super fresh fish. It was awesome. Fried Oysters were a good as ever. Perfectly fried oysters, topped with a spicy aioli and mango poblano pico de gallo. Set atop home made potato chips, were proved to be the perfect delivery vehicle for the oysters. The Wine Lover's and Sausage Gone Wild pizzas were both great. A perfect blend of sauce, toppings and cheese, atop an incredibly fresh hand made dough. The drinks were good. Not much worth having on the specialty cocktail menu (good drinks, just not to our liking). A thorough, well thought out mix of old world and new world wines on the wine list. The Grove also offers 10 different flights, we selected #8, several very good Italian reds to compliment our pizzas. The miscues were on the service side, water glasses empty and dirty dishes left on the table for an extended time. Overall, a good visit, and a solid 4 star meal.
dirty dishes lingered on the table
Food was just average. We had the bruschetta appetizer. Portion was small and salmon was very salty and dry. We also had calamari. This was decent. We ordered the Filet. It was good quality and portion but overcooked. We also had the Berry Salad with grilled shrimp. 4 shrimp-that's it! and they were VERY overcooked and dried out. Wine was the best thing. Would not go back. There are too many other places with better food. And this was $200 with tip.
We had great service and food - loved our lunch at the Grove and we will be back.
Y’all got me laid. Thanks
great server, and amazing food
Food was good not great , not very attentive waiter
The breakfast pizza was amazing!
The ceaser salad was crisp, cold and delicious. I had the shrimp pasta which was spicy and flavorful. The patio was a great environment with an excellent staff.
Such a great place that doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city. Perfect place for multiple occasions. Get the bruschetta - you won’t be disappointed!
Perfect spot to start the weekend! There were 7 of us and the food and drinks did not disappoint! Nate the server was absolutely amazing and all we would talk about is how delicious the bruschetta apps were and also the great service!
Really nice space in a great location. Wine selections were very good and their flight system is a solid offering. Menu is diverse. Salads were excellent as was dessert. One item at our table was overcooked, server discovered it and manager proactively offered a re-do or a complimentary glass of wine. We had fun.
Disappointing service but how can anyone think straight having to wear masks and serve to those without masks. I suppose I would feel frustrated with them as well? Food was really good as always.
Kelsey was amazing - it was my first night out and we appreciated her kind eyes behind the mask - knowing she had to be hot - she was thorough and kind and helpful - thank you!
It was really fun to get back out there and "dine in" for the first time since quarantine. The Grove made us feel welcome and very safe! We were impressed with the precautions they are taking relative to Covid-19.
