I love this place so much. The quality and selection it top notch.
Wonderful patio and very considerate about social distancing and encouraging mask wearing. Wide selection of foods; all of which were very tasty. Slightly pricey but still worthwhile.
Service was pleasant but slow. Drinks from bar extremely slow. Appetizers and salad very good. The chocolate torte was a costly mistake.
I had heard such amazing reviews of the Austin location but the Cedar Park location was nothing special. The berry salad looked like someone dumped a bag of spinach in the bowl and sprinkled just a couple of berries, walnuts, and a 1/2 tsp. of goat cheese on it. I could have made that.
The service was excellent it was a little frustrating that we reserved a table inside but the only seating available was outside. It ended up being fine and we had a really nice time.
We always enjoy the Grove, but this time the staff really was excellent. From the hostesses to our waiter (especially our waiter), everyone was present, polite, and timely. Watching them relocate outdoor diners due to an approaching storm, it was a seamless exercise that got every customer what they wanted. Very impressive.
Food is always fresh. Never feel rushed. Happy people
Great service, consistent quality food.
Great place to eat. Baby-friendly. Warm staff. Food is amazing and prices are reasonable.
I was so excited to try this place with all the amazing menu options!! Unfortunately everything I had fell pretty flat in flavor including the cocktail. :/ (Hummus plate, Charcuterie board, Beats, Wine Lovers pizza, Sangria).
Great service. Fresh ingredients. Wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend. Thanks Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen.
Excellent meal. We ate inside, since it was stormy weather.
Friends from Arkansas came to visit so I wanted to take them to a place with nice food.
Six of us for lunch on the outdoor patio. All food was fantastic, service great and not obtrusive, outdoor music was perfect level and fun.
- large patio
- good sized portions of food
- service is sorely lacking
- food quality mediocre
we waited for 20min and no one even acknowledged us. i finally had to flag down a busboy to find a wait staff. service continued to be poor for the rest of the evening.
if you’re looking for a place to impress a date, eat elsewhere. if you have an allotted time for dinner, eat elsewhere.
the food portions are good and prices are ok, but it’s not fine dining.
We wanted outdoor seating due to children being in our group, but it was raining. They had their “rainy day” patio open and it was great, even in a downpour. All our food was yummy, as were our drinks. Prices are a little high but worth it for the nice experience and good food.
We love The Grove but we’re very disappointed this weekend. All of our food was cold and the portions were much smaller than usual. Our server was nice
Our first time at this location and we really enjoyed it.
Excellent service! Experienced a great lunch with a friend and cannot wait to go back at dinner time with my husband.
My favorite place to go in Cedar Park. The outside area is fantastic for a great cocktail and fun time with friends.
Seem to be a little short on staff but that’s common right now due to restaurants’ pandemic recovery. But even so, the staff on hand adapted to make sure we taken care of from the host to the manager to the busboy! Food was great. Wine was great. Will definitely come here more often.
Go for ambiance & healthy food, but be prepared to spend plenty. I wish the food was seasoned more, especially the grilled chicken & shrimp. Also wish they were more generous with meat portions ($5 additional charge to add to salads or bowls & I only got 4 shrimp and very little chicken). Received poor service last two visits. :( Lots of potential. I hope they take my review seriously. I really do want them to succeed and improve! (Free bday brownie was dry and overcooked.) :(
Service was slightly delayed upon entering and after seated. I didn’t take a star away because the service was excellent otherwise. The wine flight was a great value and food was perfectly prepared. Highly recommend crispy Brussels Sprouts! Will definitely be back!
Very nice place with a good menu, good service and good wine. I was very pleased with the taste of the food, the attentiveness of the service and the varied menu. Had the asian noodles with chicken and were very good.
The food and the atmosphere were nice. The service not so much. The waiter seemed disinterested and her mind preoccupied. I still left a very nice tip because she may have been having a bad day. Hopefully I made it a little bit better. Service at this location is usually pretty good, better than most.
We went for Mother’s Day Brunch and the service was great but the food was disappointing. I ordered Migas and they were dry and bland. The home fries that came with my meal were extremely dry - like they’d been previously cooked and reheated. My son didn’t like his pizza and didn’t eat it. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork hash. I’ve eaten at another Grove location and it was good. I think perhaps this one was just having a off day. Patio is great!
As a follow, the manager contacted me to ask me more about my experience. He said that Mothers Day is their busiest day and apologized. I really appreciated him reaching out personally and because he did we will try them again some time.
Food and service was great. Would go back again. The breakfast pizza was over cooked
We went for Mother’s Day brunch and the service was not good. We waited over an hour after we ordered our food, to then be told they were out of one of the entrees. Then we were served our other entrees lukewarm. We were only offered mimosas to make up for the wait - to a pregnant woman who clearly can’t drink alcohol. We normally love the Grove, but it was a terrible experience
We normally enjoy The Grove but not this last visit. We went for Mother's Day - the food was okay. It's been much better before but what was lacking this time was the service. Maybe because it was Mother's Day and they were busier than normal. We hardly saw our server except for when we placed our order and when the food was delivered and of course to pay. Not the usual Grove we know and enjoy.
The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen has great food. The patio area, where my husband and I were seated to eat, was so nice. It was wonderful to be eating outside and be around people again. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We’ll definitely go back to eat there again. We very much enjoyed it.
Good service. Server was attentive to our requests and anticipated our needs. Food was delicious and the outdoor dining was very enjoyable.
Great food and wine! Perfect for date night or catching up with friends.
Usually the food is good here, but chicken was tough on salad, over cooked, and tortilla soup had no seasoning. Disappointing. My crab cake was good
Sat outside. Good service. Quick drink refills, excellent entrees.
We come to the Grove all the time. This most recent time, They were incredibly busy and seemed understaffed. We saw 1 table walk out as they were never greeted. My martini didn't come until after I was done with my meal but it was made perfectly. Food arrived on time and was delicious. Server was very friendly. Patio is nice and lively.
All in all, the Grove is great and very popular.
The food and service were great!
The hostess was surly & short. She didn’t even attempt to be pleasant. The wait staff were friendly and professional. The food was well prepared and I enjoyed my choice.
Food was great as was the service
Amazing as always.
We both got two different sets of the bruschetta so we could sample six of them.
Fabulous food and great service.
Love this restaurant.
