For our weekday pre-theatre diners, we highly suggest you are seated by 6:15pm to ensure the dinner experience standards we pride ourselves on. On Saturdays, we highly suggest by 6:45pm. During shows, reservation time slots fill up fast, if you don't see any time frames you are looking for, try giving us a call.

Unfortunately, we cannot take reservations for drinks, desserts or appetizers only.

We offer a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, even with a phone call, you may be placed on the wait list, simply to be fair to all guests.

This is my second time to this restaurant. When I first went with a friend we had a marvelous experience. I made a reservation but upon arriving the place was not busy but I was given a booth near the restrooms. I ordered a drink that took awhile to come but in the meantime the waitress try to give me a bill before I had anything. I order tomato soup, fish and cheesecake. The soup was tasty. The fish was delicious but too much especially if someone was going to the theater or leave it. The cheesecake was a vanilla bean but I couldn’t taste it but it was good. I had to ask for a refill on my water were other people didn’t. Staff seemed to be hanging around together. Took awhile to get my bill.

Ok experience but we expected better for the price. My steak was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed it (nice medium). My husband’s steak was much thinner and well done but ordered medium. The bread and Caesar both seemed like day old products and I would not recommend even though the bread was complimentary. Cocktails just ok. Again not a bad experience, service was decent, but for the price we paid we were sure disappointed. Not a good value for hit and miss items on the menu.

Medium steak was cooked perfectly, ceaser salad was delicious, and highly recommend the french onion soup and gelato. We were there before going to theater so no empty tables and it was quite loud but thats to be expected at that time. Service was excellent and catered to getting everyone fed and out the door to the theater.

We ordered a Tomahawk steak - the final one available in stock - and it was undercooked. They corrected the issue. Baked potatoes were cold - butter didn’t even melt. Flavor on steak was decent - potatoes were subpar.

Every time I come to the Grillroom we have a great experience. The service is always fantastic. Our favorite waiter, Charlie is always so friendly and gives good recommendations. He is one of the reasons that I love coming to this restaurant this time we just did appetizers and soup and salad and all the food was spectacular. The carrot cake was also amazing. Best dirty martini in the city.

The food was basic and unnuanced. Apps: We had the calamari which was thin and barely seasoned. We also had the scallops which were okaaay and the bacon bits around it was too chewy. Entree: 22oz ribeye medium-rare. The cook on it was so wierd. The outer layer looked well done and the center was rare. I dont mean red in the middle as it should be. I mean the outer layer was gray to dark and the inside was dsmn near purple. I dont know if they cooked it frozen or something but it was so weird. Our sides were fries and asparagus so nothing too major there. Our service was really excellent though. The server made the overall experience better. If it wasnt for the service, it would have been a 2 star review.

Selected the restaurant because it was by the theater. But will be going back because of the food, drinks and service. (Shout out to Gregory as our excellent waiter). Wedge salad had great blue cheese. The Tuna special with wasabi mashed potatoes was a winner. Many people were eating the Mac & Cheese - so next time!

This is a solid place across the street from the Theater. If you have tix, this is a no-brainer selection. They understand that people have tix and will move accordingly to get you out of there on time. The food is good, not great. Had the gumbo, solid. The whitefish, was good, but it was breaded and pan fried, would have preferred broiled…but that’s just me. It was enjoyable experience with a fun server and good food.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. We showed up very early and was told it would not be a problem. So many restaurants seems to have a chip on their shoulder if you are early or late. Very nice all around.

Perfect place for dinner before going to the CIBC Theater; right across the street. I had pasta and my wife had a steak. Only negative was her steak was slightly overcooked (she asked for medium rare). Otherwise everything was perfect, especially the service!
